We stayed a week and couldn’t have been more pleased. The unit was clean and everything we could possibly need was right there including most kitchen utensils, beach umbrella, anchor, chairs and towels for the beach or pool. The view was amazing from our private balcony and it was easier for us to access to the beach than further north in Treasure Island. We had zero issues except wishing we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks again!

Check in = very easy, quick and informative. Received texts along with direct phone number to reach if any issues. Room = very clean, stocked, organized, Great job on update, loved color scheme *recommend stocking towels and wash cloths per day times number of guests. We ran out of wash cloths and towels. Prefer same for beach towels. We broke up our beach time and went multiple times per day. Loved ability to check in 2hrs early. Very quick response time via text that room was available. Room keys system was down so unable to get in until after our check in time. Front counter staff was super friendly, kind and informative. Beach chair and cabana rental on beach was also fabulous. Extremely friendly, easy pay via electronically or cash. Overall would highly recommend and stay again.

The room was clean and was as described. The host was very responsive to all questions. I just simply had to send the host a text message and got a response within the hour. When getting into the room the room was missing beach chairs that were suppose to be in the unit. After texting the host I had new beach chairs in my room within two hours. The view from this unit was amazing. My wife and I went to sleep listening to the ocean. Would definitely recommend and would return to stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. The location was great and walkable to food, groceries, etc. The beach was wonderful and the rental company provides some great perks (e.g., free admission tickets to local attractions). Highly recommend this sport for a short getaway.

Enjoyed my time at this condo. The room was clean, well appointed, with a comfortable bed, Enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The beach is beautiful and loved that I could rent a chair and umbrella for a reasonable price. The ITrip representatives were very responsive and worked hard to find a solution when things didn’t work right.

Island Inn is right on the beach, with a Tiki Bar on-site and rental chairs and umbrellas. Rooms are small but the view is unbelievable. Free Parking is a plus and office is open 24 hrs for your needs. Quiet area and not over crowded. Can’t wait to return.

Nice Condo and location

The condo itself was very nice while the condo building was just ok (it’s being “updated” but it was pretty dated). You’re not coming to FL to hang in the lobby though... The condo room was updated, clean, and everything needed for a nice stay. The bed was firm but comfortable, the AC was able to get the condo nice and cold, the WiFi worked great, the shower was a little inconsistent but fine, and there were nice cubbies in the closet to put your clothing…. There were also some chairs and other items in the closet for the beach. The star of the show though was the view and sound from the balcony which was what we came there for and it did not disappoint. I wanted a condo that was as close as I could be to the water to hear the waves. Day/night the tranquility of the waves was so relaxing. The beach was very nice and maintained. There are a lot of shells getting into/out of the water (may want to bring water shoes). There are a lot of sand dollars about 50 yards out into the water if you dig a little in the sand (2’ or so deep) you can find them. One of the greatest things we loved was the ability to rent the cabana’s on the beach that are owned by the Tiki bar and grill. They have an attendant from 9-5 to set them up. $40 for the full day. We spent the entire day at the beach under the cabana and stayed nice and cool with the breeze and listening to the ocean. There are a few restaurants that are walkable. We went to Caddy’s 3X during our stay which is a 10 minute (or less) walk down the beach. I would recommend this condo to others.

Excellent stay! Room was very clean and had everything you needed. We were extremely happy with accommodations. Perfect for 2 people. Lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. I will suggest perhaps a couple hooks in the bathroom and a better dust pan that works better when sweeping up sandy floor. Great accommodations!!

We had a wonderful time during our visit to the Treasure Island area. Our unit - on the top floor! - was clean and well appointed with what we would need for our stay; we were especially happy to see beach chairs and beach towels for our use on the gorgeous sand beaches. Sunsets from the balcony were awesome and you can watch the sunrise from the outer hallway door. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the morning while having breakfast. Also, check in was easy and quick. We would definitely come here again! Thank you!

Great view great price and very clean. you cannot beat staying at the island inn. Everything is very convenient to get to. Walking down to Caddies On the beach for breakfast lunch dinner whatever is awesome great bands playing there too. The only thing I would change about the room that we stayed in is the bed sheets and pillows are too old and need to be replaced with newer ones as well as the bath towels are old and Not soft. We are so glad we brought our own Pillows that would definitely be a recommendation I am passing on. Thank you I trips I believe this is our third or fourth time renting from you you guys are awesome thank you

All the major things are right with this property. Studio is very clean, smells good, and exactly as pictured. Supplied a nice amount of starter goods like dish soap, hand soap, towels, etc. A few improvements would make this a 5-star condo. As mentioned in another review, patio furniture could be upgraded to make it easier to eat on the balcony. Has a pizza-style toaster oven, but could benefit for a more modern version. Could use a food disposal and sink sprayer. Kitchen stock is just OK. Bath fixtures could use an upgrade. View is excellent and overall property is older but decently maintained. We had a ball with the location. Tons of wildlife to watch in ocean and air. Nice beach with no crowds. Convenient to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Would definitely return to both the area and this condo.

This was our second time staying on Treasure Island at the Island Inn. We love the view of the gulf from the balcony, and the accessibility of the beach. The room 607, was very welcoming. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, when we did there was plenty of room to move around in. We appreciated the size of the refrigerator and having a lot of counter top for our food. It's so nice not to have to worry about bringing kitchen items for preparing meals. Thank you for sharing this condo with us. We hope to return soon and will spread the word about this jem of a resort.

We recently stayed in this unit for three wonderful weeks in February. Everything was great. The view is amazing; especially of the sunset in the evening. When we arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. The unit looked exactly as the pictures we had viewed online. Perfect size for an active couple. The Island Inn itself was very clean and everyone we encountered was friendly. Gas grills are wonderful and convenient. We did a mix of cooking/grilling and eating out. The Sea Dog restaurant is a quick 5 minute walk and the food/service were great. Also enjoyed Middle Grounds Grill and Ricky's. I would highly recommend this unit. We hated to leave!!!!

This is a great location with a great beach. It is a smaller property but has great amenities. Pool and tiki bar were fantastic. No big crowds on the beach. The furniture in this unit is due for an upgrade but overall very nice. The one must would be to replace the balcony furniture. The four cheap plastic chairs and stool need to be replaced with a nice bistro table and two comfortable chairs. Unable to have any dining on the balcony.

We stayed here for a week in early August. Loved everything about the place! Feels so cozy, with an amazing view of the ocean. We slept with the windows open to hear the waves. Loved having the deck for morning coffee. Nice, clean, private beach. Kitchen is well stocked. We plan on returning someday! We didn't want to leave!

This condo was perfect for a getaway! It was right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. We normally stay in Destin and the beaches are always crowded. This place was not crowded at all and it was very peaceful. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed.

Where to start? We love this condo so much. We first discovered this hidden gem last year on our honeymoon and were so pleased with it that we returned this year. There is nothing better than looking out the balcony door and seeing the beautiful Gulf. We especially like the setup of the room--the bed being right next to the patio door is amazing. You can wake up to the gorgeous view of the white sand and ocean. We even slept with the balcony door open one night to listen to the waves hitting the shore. That never gets old!! Clean, nice and modern, and you get a great updated feel. Still with a beautiful nautical theme--my favorite kind of decor! The staff on site is friendly too. No problems checking in or out and they were so nice to mail off my post cards :) Make sure to check out the bike rentals and the awesome nearby restaurants! Caddy's is right down the beach within eyeshot--highly recommend that! And as always, free sunsets every night :) We will be back!

The unit had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The view was absolutely stunning. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise from the front door in the morning and the sunset from the deck in the evening. It was in such a perfect location and so fully stocked that once we picked up a few groceries we barely needed to move the car. The bed was very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

The picture was exactly what we got. Great location, great view! We were there to enjoy the beach and we definitely did that. We didn't feel the beach was that busy when we were there. The room was nice although just a couple of things bothered us. A very noisy fan in the bathroom really needs looked at. Also, the bed could use a new mattress. We were really used to our sponge type mattress and this one was a bit hard. But overall, this was a great location. The Publix is just down the street. We ate in the room a lot. There is no regular oven. There is a pizza oven and an electric stove top. For the price we paid, I felt like we got a good deal. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

loved this little unit - everything you could possibly need steps from the beautiful beach - clean sparkling pool - wonderful view - we were here wed thru Saturday and had the beach pretty much to ourselves til Friday night when it got a bit busier and noisier - but unit was clean - cute - perfect. we will be back!
