This spacious studio condo is located along the award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach, and just a short walk over to some great restaurants, shops, and activities. Leave the car at home if you choose, and come to relax and enjoy a perfect spot in paradise. Everything is close-by!

The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large heated beachfront swimming pool with plenty of space to relax, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, and a lush tropical landscape. You'll wake each morning to views of the beach and water from the condo windows, or expansive views of the lush grounds from the walk-out private balcony.

Best location!

We had so much fun here, we booked another night! No kids, no dogs. Just be prepared for window box A/C. It's not air conditioned in the bathroom. But there's a couple fans and if you position them right, it's fine. Pool is bath water warm but a nice break from the beach. We will be back!

The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings were nice. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach umbrella. I would consider updating the toilet, however. The blinds were difficult to close. We were close to the beach, which we enjoyed. All things considered I would stay there again.

This small studio apartment/condo was impressively well furnished! It was impeccably clean, with well-stocked kitchen, linens, comfortable furniture, and just about anything you might want on the beach! We really liked having the beach cabana - it was easy to set up and pack back into its bag! Easy walk to the beach, too! Can’t thank you enough!

This was the perfect room! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space that was offered, as well as the fast walk to the beach! We were supplied with beach chairs and beach umbrella’s, which made our beach time much more enjoyable. One thing to add: a knife added into the utensils would be helpful! Thank you for a great stay.

No car needed. Everything is waking distance and safe neighborhood. This condo was clean and perfect for just the 2 of us! 💕 We had the perfect set up on the beach, condo provided tent and chairs which made it perfect!

This studio apartment is just what we needed...Great location. The beach was a short walk to. Walking to good restaurants was a short walk as well. It seem like everything else was a quick drive to. Clean & quiet area... Highly recommend if you're looking for the beach, food & simply a good time.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway!

We rented this location for the Labor Day Weekend and loved our stay! We received very detailed instructions about the condo prior to our trip. These details included everything we needed to begin our trip with confidence. Also included were dining and activity suggestions in the area. When we arrived at the condo it was very clean and appointed with everything to accommodate our stay. The condo is located one block from the ocean beach and has super easy access. You walk out at a really nice spot on the beach front. There are several really fun and great places to eat within walking distance of the condo!! We planned our trip to be an Uber ride from the airport and then walk to everything to avoid the hassles of a rental car (parking, not knowing the area, DUI). This condo allowed our plan to work to perfection! If you are looking for a clean trustworthy rental condo to enjoy a wonderful time in the St. Pete area, this is a great choice! We will be renting this again when we look to return to the area. One other thing! We were provided a phone number to text if needs arose. We had such a need so we text the number. We received a quick response and our need was handled very professionally! On a holiday weekend! Highly recommend this condo and the team behind it! Cheers!!

Perfect For A Young Couple In the Off-Season

This was a great spot for a young couple in the off-season (January). The walls on these units are very thin and I would definitely not recommend this space for more than 2 people. The location of the condo was perfect, within easy walking distance to a wide public beach and MANY delicious restaurants and bars. Perfectly located in St. Pete Beach on a quiet road and we couldn’t recommend the location more. The unit was cute, updated, and decorated perfectly. Only complaints are that this unit has no easy or on-the-way access to washing sand from your feet, etc. as the closest water source for that is located on the complete other side of the property, within a gated area (and the spigot was also completely broken during our stay) so it’s out of the way, if not near impossible, to wash your body off of sand before entering your unit. It would be nice if the City would add water at the public beach access which is between these condos and the beach, or if a water rinse would be added to the courtyard of this unit and accompanying buildings. Also, the bath towels smelled of mildew and that scent then passed on to our skin after use. They could easily be replaced or bleached. The heating in the pool was also broken during our stay and therefore the pool was unusable. This is not an accessible unit for disabled folks as it’s on the second floor with no elevator. Also not suitable for children due to no bath tub, and thin walls (too much noise would be made by children as we adults felt the need to whisper as it was). No issues for us in these respects, just felt it worth mentioning for those trying to find the place to stay suitable for their needs. We would stay just the 2 of us here again in the off season.

Great little condo in the middle of everything in quiet little St. Pete Beach. The trip turned out to be way more than we ever could've expected and iTrip was very response to any needs or questions throughout the entire process. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a nice couples vacation while.

We had an amazing 4 night stay in this perfectly placed condo , in a great area for food, music and the best part of all…the beach. The beach is a 3 minute walk. We walked to all the best places to eat. Rick’ Reef and Agave were amazing and so close . The studio condo is perfect for two and has all the amenities needed. Publix delivered within a few hours through Instacart. Planning our next get away to the same condo!!

Condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We had no issues at all. What we didn’t like was the deck it was too small to sit outside and enjoy when we would get up. Also the hallways need a little updating maybe some bright colors and the carpet is a little stinky.

Our stay at The Friendly Native Condo was wonderful! Easy check in, easy check out and the location was perfect! Parking was close, neighborhood was quiet, room was quaint and modern. Sitting by the pool or in the garden area, each area was peaceful and well kept. Walking distance to food, shops and miscellaneous stores.

First off, let me say this location is perfect! View of the ocean while you have your coffee in the morning or cocktail later. Walk to restaurants, shops and live music venues a short distance in either direction. The condo itself is really charming and comfortable. We had fabulous sleep in the king size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The building itself is quiet and everyone we’ve met has been very friendly. The area is really safe- we felt comfortable walking around any time of the day or night. The condo is super clean and everything you need is provided including beach chairs, towels, coolers and picnic baskets. We didn’t rent a car, just took an Uber from the airport and a car is certainly not necessary. The friendly native resort definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommend!!
