Great place and great location. We loved the room and the area. Very cozy for a couple. mini refrigerator worked well, shelves moved easily to accommodate our needs. room was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extras- beach towels, beach chairs mini cooler bag, even extra bath towels and coffee. Everything we needed. Only a couple very small complaints- the bed sets at just the right height to remove your toenails if not careful, I wore my tennis shoes in the room to prevent this from happening. and getting a parking spot can be a challenge at night. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return myself. thank you for a great stay.

Good unit for 1-2 people. Great location and property description is as advertised. Small refrigerator with no freezer is my only “ding” for this unit. This made keeping ice in the room a challenge. If that isn’t high on your priority list of “must haves” then this is a good choice.

We visited for Thanksgiving and this condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything you needed! The beach was directly across the street, with public access. The courtyard and pool was perfect. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Clean and welcoming studio. Small, but has everything you need. Great for 2 people who spend most of their time outside. Cute pool area in the courtyard. Conveniently located a block away from beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, location, pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was awesome. Loved the murphy bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely recommend and stay again!! Pool was heated and the complex was full of friendly people!

I recently went through a three-week training program and chose the location at Unit 204 of Royal Orleans. It saved my probably 65% or so over the cost of a lower-end hotel. However, there was nothing "lower-end" about the facility. The location was across the street from the beach and the unit was very, very clean and comfortable -- just the right size. My wife and I will probably come back at some point; for pleasure this time.

Royal Orleans suite 204, Redington Beach. Location is great, Right on Gulf Blvd. Across street from Gulf and half block from Clearwater/St.Petes trolley. Only $2.50 for senior day pass. Our suite had everything you would need, can-sit our side unit and have morning coffee looking at heated pool and clean courtyard. BBQ supplied for all to use. Conch Restaurant is only 5 minute walk. Try there Crab soup, excellent. Only a half hour walk to a Winn Dixie. You could stay there with no car and get around From Waterloo Ontario.

Stayed in suite #204 from Jan 15 to Feb 2, 2018. Place just as pictures, everything needed is there. We broke one of the beach chairs, they were old so hope both have been replaced. Had trouble with hot water and TV we called and they were there early next day and everything fixed. Owner came by with bottle of wine. Place is small but great for a couple. Had coffee every am outside unit looking at pool and clean grounds. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. No need for car. Trolley costs only $2.50 for senior day pass. Goes from Tarpon Springs to St Pete’s beach. Will be back next year.

My husband and I booked room 204 at the Royal Orleans in August and stay there for five nights. We found the room to be very accurate to The photographs. The room was immaculate, the owners left us a beautiful welcome cardwith a token of gratitude. We enjoyed the pool the beach and the surrounding area. It is centrally located with restaurants and tourism. The beach is directly across the street. Everything was clean and organized. We will be back again. We highly recommend room 204 at the Royal Orleans.

Las peores vacaciones de mi vida. Limpieza, nos cobraron veinte dollres por dia y nunca aparecieron. Mantenimiento pesimo, fueron cuatro noches de INFIERNO, con el A/C, a 76 grados y llamando todos los dias, para reportar el problema, con promesas de que seria reparado y nunca, lo hicieron. Clasificacion, de cero estrellas. Y JAMAS, usaremos sus servicios de nuevo. Y JAMAS, recomendaremos usar sus servicios a NADIE.

We do apologize for the trouble with the air conditioner during this Guest's stay. The unit thermostat was broken, and the cooling was stuck at 76 degrees. The part to repair it needed to be ordered, and took 24hrs to arrive. This Guest was only staying for 3 nights, and with the issue reported to us on the second day, unfortunately, it did affect their stay. Again, we do apologize, but it has been completely taken care of, and will not be an issue for future Guests.

My husband and I vacationed here for our honeymoon. The pictures were very accurate and it was exactly what we got. It's the perfect size for 1-2 people but no more. It was clean and the AC was on when we arrived so it was nice and cool inside. We loved being able to use the pool. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk but it is very close to a crosswalk and public beach access. It was in the middle of everywhere we went. We went down to St. Pete beach and up to Indian shores. We found several great restaurants in the area. We loved the Frog Pond for breakfast! Overall a great stay.

This was a perfect little condo for the wife and I to stay in while visiting Florida for a wedding! We had everything we needed to enjoy our days on the beach and nights going to dinner and activities up and down the street! We slept comfortably and enjoyed the courtyard pool as well. I would not hesitate to book this place again. The renters were a pleasure to coordinate with and very helpful. Thanks for the hospitality and welcome gift!!

Claudia, my wife and I took a weeks vacation and found the Royal Orleans represented by I trip. This top floor resort is beautiful and accommodating. We found room number 204 and loved everything about it. The grounds are impeccably kept, the pool is gorgeous clean and heated. The room had all amenities, everything was pristine clean, we were surrounded by all beautiful beaches and friendly people. Many restaurants and areas to go sightseeing. this was by far a fabulous vacation. The ambience and the decor resembled Bourbon Street in New Orleans. we would highly recommend the Royal Orleans, 204 and I trip as your vacation rental representative. We LOVED it!!!!

Myself and my work colleague took a weekend vacation to visit Florida's shoreline beaches and found the Royal Orleans. Seeing it online we found it to be a well-kept beautiful small quiet resort, in actuality it was all that it was made out to be and more. The Royal Orleans reminded us of being in New Orleans with the right ion surrounding the balcony. we were very pleased with room number 204 the pool is heated and immaculately clean. A great barbecue grill right in the middle to enjoy a nice evening barbecue. Directly right across the street is a gorgeous beach ( The Gulf) downtown is a short drive away. We will be back. Strongly recommend the Royal Orleans and room number 204
