We do apologize for the trouble with the air conditioner during this Guest's stay. The unit thermostat was broken, and the cooling was stuck at 76 degrees. The part to repair it needed to be ordered, and took 24hrs to arrive. This Guest was only staying for 3 nights, and with the issue reported to us on the second day, unfortunately, it did affect their stay. Again, we do apologize, but it has been completely taken care of, and will not be an issue for future Guests.
