Great Ocean front view. Views were incredible. Clean room and as advertised. Floors did have excess sand on them upon arrival, but understanding given the environment. One note that should be added to your description is about turtle mating season. Being Florida residents, we were aware of the light restrictions, but for people traveling in from out of state, they should be reminded about closing the drapes after sundown and no lighting at all on balcony after sundown for ocean-facing rooms.

We just had the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect! The sunsets were beautiful! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Did we mention the beach views?! The only recommendation I have is to get better sheets! They were very scratchy!

I would say overall it’s a good place to stay. Great views from patio. Should be warned it is directly above the tiki bar and pool area .It was very loud at times. My disappointment was all of the people smoking on their patios in a non smoking building. There were times I could not sit out on the patio because of this.

A very pleasant surprise in Treasure Island on the Gulf beach. Quiet location. Tiki Bar adjacent to the pool/beach is a bonus! The efficiency condo is updated, well appointed and has quality decor. Plenty of towels and beach/pool supplies. We definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Island Inn Resort

We rented this condo at Island Inn Resort for a 3-night stay on Treasure Island and could not be happier with our decision to stay here! The location was perfect. Nothing beats being right on the beach! We were close enough to walk to the grocery store, and a few other spots for drinks/food, but used the shuttle service for places a little further away (like John's Pass.) The room was clean, and equipped with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler. We also requested an early check-in (2 hours before normal check-in) and were graciously accommodated. I could go on and on about all the things we loved. Take it from me, if you're looking to rent a condo, this is the one you want!

We stayed 5 nights, easy checking in, room was clean, had a musty smell, but didn't notice as much as time went on. Great views, 2 things that kinda were blah, water pressure, then the heat off the ac unit on the patio, it kinda made it hard to sit outside alot cause the heat would stay right there and blow at you. Not much you can change about that. But was close by to alot of food and shops and things to do. Would probably stay there again.

Will most certainly book this little gem again. Great location, clean, and exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a comfortable place to chill, have beach time, pool time, catch a baseball game, etc. and is easy in and out to everything this is it. While the pool is open they have a tiki bar and food as well. .
