Thank you for the notes. We're glad that the condo and location worked well for you, and that you were able to enjoy our fabulous beaches. We do maintain a dedicated 24hr Guest service line for any maintenance or cleaning issues, and emails are responded to immediately. It seems that your emails didn't get through to us. There is also a 24hr toll free number to call for situations like this where the Guest doesn't get a response fast enough. We have throughly checked the condo, and we do see the damage that you are referring to, however, it doesn't appear to be from any type of pest, but looks like it was caused from a hard knock. It has been taken care of. The building and condo are treated regularly, and we have not had any issues reported.
