Quiet Relaxing Beach Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at your perfect beach location! It was quiet and super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Thank you for providing beach chairs and towels, that was a huge plus. The entire facility was clean, and the employees were all very nice. The chairs were nice out on the balcony, we enjoyed coffee/tea out there every morning and it was nice to have a spot to still sit outside in the afternoon when it got too hot in the direct sun. We hope to return someday!

We were on the 6th floor, south corner, above the bar. Great location with a beautiful view. A half mile from several places to eat and drink. Also a half mile to a Publix grocery store. Walk out the building onto the beach. Good parking. Only downside is that occasionally the hot water wasn’t hot. I believe it because the hot water heater is shared by multiple units. The building is a hotel that has been converted to condos. I could not find a water heater in the unit. I just waited about 20 minutes to shower if the water was not hot. It was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and comfortable. Good Value and good communication.

Paradise Not Quite

The check in process was nice and the front desk people were wonderful. Our room was disappointing. The room was dirty in spots and the drapes were falling down. We took cups out for our coffee and they were very dirty. We had 5 wash-clothes in our room for 2 people for 10 days. I asked for more and received nothing. The hot water was rarely hot. The view and beach was wonderful.

View amazing!

The view and balcony was amazing , could have spent 24 hours a day there! Lots of towels which is always appreciated! Close to restaurants and the tiki bar on first floor! Does need some updates to tub basin which was stained and could use other updates and maybe some throw rugs ( which made the extra towels convenient).. but would return to property for location!

Our first day of our trip started off rough, delayed flight, rental car problems , and then late entrance to our room. I contacted Itrip because little things were just adding up. I have to say they turned our day around. They helped us out in a moments notice and we can’t thank them enough. They really showed they cared. We will always book with them .

What a View!

Upon opening the door to our rental, we were treated to a spectacular view of the gulf. The balcony was absolutely our favorite spot! This property was clean and has all the amenities we wanted. It was the perfect location for our short vacation. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the harbor. The front desk staff was very helpful and, after a very long and difficult ride, the tiki bar was a welcomed convenience!! I cannot say enough about the friendly and responsive management personnel. Even though they were not on sight, they were only a text or phone call away. We so appreciated their flexibility. Can’t wait to go back next year during Spring training!

The unit was very clean and cozy! Great location, especially being a corner unit! They had all you would need to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach; 2 beach chairs, a floatie, even two coolers! My husband and I were very pleased and look forward to booking room 423 again!!

Ran low on towels and trash bags. Water leak on patio from AC unit which about caused us to trip and fall. Bugs in drawers which was taken care of by owner after we called and notified them. We absolutely loved the view and convenients to everything. Could have furnished a extra set of sheets and bedding especially when your there a week or a oven to make breakfast

Some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Excellent customer service through iTrip from the moment I arrived. Just far enough away from the crowded areas of the island but just close enough to keep you near all the fun stuff. Very peaceful vacation

Accommodations were perfect. Gorgeous sunsets and precious time with my daughter. Pool was great and there is a snack bar for drinks and snacks which was super convenient. Bartender was super nice and staff at the condo was very helpful.

We loved the island inn, the floor to ceiling windows with fantastic view of the gulf were awesome. The building and room have character, they aren’t new, but that isn’t what we were looking for. This place has lots of old Florida charm and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Thanks for a wonderful stay in room 423 for a long weekend getaway! We had a fantastic time and Island Inn/the room were fantastic accommodations. The room was exactly as pictured- newly updated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed ready to go- even beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach view from the balcony is stunning and we never tired of it. The beach and pool are just steps from your door, and the supermarket and restaurants a short drive away. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this room and Island Inn to any couple or friends looking for an affordable, relaxing beach vacation! We will absolutely be back again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Island Inn, room 423. We had the BEST time. The location was perfect and we had such an amazing view. The room looked exactly as advertised in the pictures. The pool was clean and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Having access to beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice. We took advantage the Brews Cruise that was offered by itrip. While on the cruise, we saw the beautiful sunset and so many dolphins! The morning we left, I was sitting in the balcony and watched a dolphin swim so close to the shore. It was awesome to see! We will definitely book this room the next time we go back. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

We are returning guests at Island Inn AND unit 423. We were pleasantly surprised by the updates in the unit. Very beachy & comfortable. The Island Inn property continues to be maintained & improvements since our last visit were evident. As always, the pool & tiki bar were clean & well managed. We took advantage of the iTrip FUN & enjoyed 1 complimentary admission on the sunset brews cruise. Had a good time, free beer, saw dolphin & a perfect sunset. Thanks for another great stay! We'll be back!!

The unit was comfortable, but needs updated. The sofa and chairs were old and the beach chairs were torn. A heavy person would of not been able to sit in them. They were tore. The pillows were stained.

The apartment is right on the beach, above the tiki bar and pool, but the heavy duty sliders keep the bar noise out when you want quiet. Plenty of free parking. The unit could use some updating, but was clean and perfect for 2 people. Close to everything you want to do. Our 2nd stay at Island Inn.

We recently stayed at island inn rm. 423.. Unfortunately, we had to leave paradise and return to 30 degree weather! Our stay was most enjoyable, we have been vacationing treasure island for the past four years, this was our first stay at Island Inn.. From this point on, we will always stay there , preferably rm. 423! The location was perfect. We had an AC issue, called the number provided on the refrigerator, and they were there within 20 minutes. We have absolutely no complaints! We'll be back..

We recently returned from our stay at #423 Island Inn. The pictures on the internet are very accurate. It has a gorgeous view of the beach off the private balcony. You literally walk out the back and you're on the beach. The room is small, but it has everything you would need. My only complaint is that we had ants on the counters and tables. We had to be really careful about leaving anything out because an hour later, it'd be covered in ants. We're from Illinois and deal with ants in the summer, so it's not a huge deal, but you wouldn't expect this from a place that you're paying to stay. We did not use the utensils or glassware provided, they looked a tad dirty, Otherwise our stay was good, you basically pay for the location. You can't get any closer to the beach really.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island Inn. Our room #423 had the perfect view of the ocean and the pool. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including dishes and kitchenware, linens and towels, even beach chairs! I loved the fact that we had a full size pull out couch and a king size bed. My husband and I slept in the bed, and our adult son used the full size couch, and we easily closed it up during the day to provide more room. There is so much to do surrounding this area that we could not explore it all in 1 week, so we will definitely return as soon as possible!
