513 - Island Inn

This room has an amazing view!!! (513) Hotel had easy walking access to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was small and needs some upgrades, especially in bathroom. View was spectacular tiki bar enjoyable and overall stay enjoyable. External upgrades looked good despite being unfinished, workers and staff were pleasant and helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect. The Island Inn was awesome! This particular unit needs a thorough cleaning, there needs to be more utensils and general cooking pots and pans and the AC needs some work. We stayed super hot at night in the bedrooms and finally the AC quit working on our last night there - at 11:00 on a Sunday night, The management did what they could, moved a few of our party to a studio room in the complex and refunded us a little money for the inconvenience - but it was hot and uncomfortable and kind of a miserable end to an otherwise perfect long weekend. Again, the Island Inn and the beach and the location - you really can't ask for better. Our issues were really with the unit only. And, iTrip was as responsive as they could be.

The room I stayed in needs a lot of work. Door frames were rotting away. The pillows smelled foul. The bedding did not smell fresh. Parking was an issue as well. I did like the location. The staff was friendly.

One bed needed beddding that fit better. Other wise unit was very comfortable.

Condo very comfortable and clean

Clean, cute little room overlooking the gulf. Pool was sparkling with a convenient little tiki bar attached. Perfect for someone flying in for vacation...thirty minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport, Publix, and restaurants within walking distance, on-site umbrella/chair and kayak rental..everything you need! We'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Island Inn. My room had everything I needed for enjoying the beach get-a-way.

Your team at itrip are amazing! When we first called, Tom was at our door in 15 minutes. He fixed the toilet flapper and took the broken toaster. And he was back again in 15 minutes with a new toaster! We were very impressed! Our 2nd call was from the airport after we checked out. My daughter left her wallet in the safe. Tom answered, went to the room, retrieved the wallet, and called us before we boarded our plane saying he had the wallet and would mail it to us. That's awesome customer service! Is there an award or accommodation you can give to Tom - I'd highly recommend it! Thank You Tom!

We found your rental last minute and were very glad we did! Perfect location, amazing view! Away from the crowds! We would rent again!

We arrived at this condo, to find everything exactly as described. It was a nice room, fully equipped with any and all needed items, plus some. We have a family of 2 adults, 2 teens (all average sized), and the room was acceptable to us all. For the price difference of this one to others, for our peak season, last minute booking, it was great for us. The only things we would like to see changed, were the mattresses. They are good for the person that loves an extra soft mattress. They were way too soft for my husband and myself. But let's get back to the positives...THE VIEWS!!! There were views from the front door, day and night...views from the back door, day and night...rainbows, rainbows, and then double rainbows!!! We saw rainbows EVERY DAY we were in this room. If you are looking for a room with wicker outdoor furniture and elegance galore, this one is not for you. But if you are looking for a condo that fits all of your daily needs, has the room comparable to that of a hotel room, but adds a small, completely usable kitchen, and is fairly priced so you can spend your money on other things like food and fun, this could be the one for you!! Its' location is convenient to everything and we experienced no issues that turned us away. Thanks to the owners and Itrip for pulling our vacation together without a glitch. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a room with views to kill for, and whose expectations are in line with the description and photos of the room, as shown online. The beautiful white beaches, green-blue waters, sunsets, bay views, beach chairs, toys, location, etc. make this room worth the trip. We just got back, but would definitely stay in this unit again for the Fun in the Sun that we shared:D

A great get away - Directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an evening or two listing to the waves of the ocean outside your patio door. A wonderful beach location. :]

513 was very clean. I was surprised about 2 double beds, thought maybe queen beds would be typical, but my husband and I each had our own bed which was great. Location was very nice. Open the patio door and listen to the waves at night. Caddy's on the beach was good for breakfast, but dinner was way too much like spring break. (we are retired) The ocean was a little chilly, so not too many people were in the water. It was just nice to enjoy the beach.

We were pleased with our condo and location. Right on the beach just a few steps out the door. Kitchen area vas small but we adjusted to prepare meals. Was clean on our arrival and ready for us to unpack and hit the beach. Good location to grocery stores and restaurants.

We loved this place right on the gulf. The view from the balcony of the beach and the sunsets was spectacular and never got old. We enjoyed walking up and down the beach, swimming in the heated pool and eating at the friendly, close by restaurants. The kitchenette suited our needs for making one meal a day in the room. The beds were soft and comfortable. We recommend this place to others and hope to come back again soon.

We LOVED this unit so much. Perfect location. Room was fabulous! Will definitely stay again if available next year. Clean again perfect location for us. Loved being able to wake up seeing the beautiful beach and gulf from the bed or walk unto the balcony and enjoy the breeze! The Island Inn has a great pool, of course Rick's Tiki Bar. There are also grills available for cooking fresh fish. Location is key for us. Right around the corner from St Pete's., Pass A Grille, down the road from Clearwater etc.

I loved our room! The kitchenette was so convenient. I loved how big the room was. We never felt cramped. The view from the balcony was super and the view of the marina out the front door was pretty awesome too. The beds were so comfortable. Personally, I would prefer a couch or loveseat instead of the table and chairs but I'm sure others prefer the table. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I give a four stars because Ms. Liz Park is very helpful and fast in returning email. As for the condo, I can only give three stars, its closet floor is due for cleaning from sand, kitchen and bedroom floor is sticky, I found dead roach inside the cabinet for the pots and pans. I think this condo needs a full top to bottom cleanning. The view from condo is Beautiful..., location is great, there is publix supermarket down the street. Well, I will come back if they clean up the condo.
