All public beaches, beach parking, beach restrooms, and condominium pools are open with CDC Social Distancing Guidelines are enforced. There is a mandatory indoor mask ordinance in place in Pinellas County.

The bed was checked out, and we have replaced both the box spring and mattress with a new premium pillow-top bed that is extremely comfortable!! Glad your enjoyed the room and our amazing beaches. Hope we might be able to assist again in the future.
So sorry for any trouble with your arrival. The inspection process can be thrown off a little with early arrivals, but we always will try to correct anything and everything we can if there are any problems. We're disappointed that it did not meet your expectations. We'll make sure the mattress and pillows are checked and replaced if necessary. Same with the DVD player and Microwave. We're not sure what you mean by the resort fees, as there are no resort fees necessary at this location. We are available 24hrs if needed for any maintenance or Guest issues.
