The condo and location were perfect. Two minute walk to the beach, two minute drive to John’s Pass (which had great restaurants, shops and activities), short drive to stores and restaurants outside of John’s Pass……very convenient. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Met all our needs. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We visited Treasure Island for our annual girl's trip. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. They have a nice cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. The view from the condo was beautiful. It was an easy walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available in the condo. We ended up renting umbrellas and lounge chairs and that made our beach experience perfect. The host was very helpful, and communication was above and beyond expectations. I received frequent emails prior to the stay. As the trip approached I received an email that had links to local attractions and restaurants. They even let us check in 2 hours earlier which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach when we first arrived. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will for sure book with them again.

Treasure for sure!

Condo was great. The beach closet was great, chairs, umbrella. Sunset Vista was lovely, bar right there , a cafe, a bin of leave it or take it right by the boardwalk to the beach. Nice parking garage. Not crazy crowded, which was amazing The location is fantastic. Walking distance to John’s Pass. I heard Wi-Fi could be an issue but we didn’t have any problems. Really great condo, resort, and area!!!

We had a great time! Their was only minor issues with the floor being a bit dirty for the baby. I messaged them and got a quick response so they knew for the future. I appreciated that greatly. The little bistro was great, the pools wonderful and clean. Not to mention being right at the beach! Thanks! Renee

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 14 days. It was our second trip to Sunset Vistas, but first with this rental. The unit was clean and well kept. The check in information was thorough and timely. I was also impressed that we were contacted by text upon arrival asking if we had any concerns or questions. Our questions were answered promptly. Plan to visit again!

I stayed at the Sunset Vista’s growing up and I was excited to have my own husband and kids stay there finally! The condo was well stocked and had just about everything you needed. The view was amazing, as expected. The owner was very communicative. The beds were super comfortable. Usually we have issues with rock hard beds, but these were really nice. The only thing, and I’m not going to fault the owner for this is the terrible wifi. This is the first condo I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have its own router in the room. We had to use the one from the actual condo that is shared with everyone else. It was so, so slow. It caused the TV signal to go out several times and with two toddlers, it wasn’t fun. I couldn’t get my phone to connect at all the entire time. That was the only negative though.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great view, home comforts and enough space for us to navigate around. I have small kids and my mother in law and a hotel room is just not an option for us. The beach access is great, the pool is decent and there's a little bar.. win for us all. That being said, I can't give it a full 5 stars and here's why... As a mom, security is pretty important and the master bedroom slider was broken. The locking mechanism wasn't working so we had to wedge something to make sure it wouldn't budge. The biggest one is the wireless service in the unit. There is wifi throughout the complex, but not one dedicated in the unit. There are thousands of people using it so everything is slow/delayed. There is no streaming available and no internet access at all. There were times were we couldn't watch TV at all because the tvs are a smart Roku TV but nothing would connect (basic tv channels). We tried to connect to our netflix and other services but it's not an option. There is a dvd player (not blu-ray), but no DVD's. There is a place where you can get free dvds that was in the information packet, but I have kids... they're not going to wait. That was a big thing for us. If you're an adult renting and you want to unplug, then you probably wouldn't be bugged to much by it. But at 7:30 am when my kids are asking for a cartoon and there's nothing that I can do about it and they start screaming, it's definitely something that I consider a necessity more than a convenience. I would probably rent again, but I would definitely want to know if internet has been installed in the unit.

Great Place Families

505-S was a great place for my family of 5 vacation. Arrival and Departure was very effortless. It was nice having boogie boards, camping chairs and towels for the beach. I liked how it was close enough to everything but not in the business of downtown. We didn't have to fight for a spot at the beach and there was a relatively short or no wait at local restaurants. The only thing that would help with cleaning is a small broom to sweep up the daily sand accumulation. I also purchased oven mitts to keep in the unit for future use.
