Great views

We arrived a little early and contacted the host to see if our condo was ready. We were able to get in and rest after that long drive. The views of the ocean were great! We had rainy overcast type weather but a rainy day at the beach is better than a rainy day back home. Didn't really have any problems. One morning they were working on landscaping and were running chainsaws at 8am that wasn't fun. Hosts were very responsive to my messages and any issues we had. Hot tub and pool was a nice touch. We drove to Johns pass and boardwalk one day and walked to the ice cream shop across the street from the condo. Overall a great relaxing end to our vacation!

Treasure Island stay

This was our third year staying here and it never disappoints us! Great condo with everything we need. Love the view and pool and hot tub. The boardwalk in front is awesome for a nice walk. Close proximity to some frat local restaurants. We will be back next year!

Great place to stay. Had a wonderful time. Place was clean and looked like pictures. Questions were answered right away after texting. Definitely would stay here again! Nice beach. It had everything you needed except toaster and hair dryer didn’t work.

Treasure Island, Surf Beach Resort #306

Overall, the stay was great as usual. We have stayed a few other times at this particular complex - not this unit. Thankfully it did not sustain damage to the units but you could see the fence & pool decking were damaged from the hurricanes. Some of my comments: Our A/C unit crapped out on us the first morning. The contact person info I had was notified promptly so the situation could be remedied sooner than later. Condensation was building up on the windows & it got pretty humid & uncomfortable in there. Finally as we were leaving on our last day, the HVAC contractor came to replace the A/C unit. I will be reaching out to the contact person to request a refund on our rate due to the inconvenience of the out of commission A/C. Overall, this particular unit could use some refreshing & deeper cleaning, like the carpeting in the bedrooms felt "sticky" and the corners in the bathrooms were kinda nasty looking. The tub/shower combo can be very slippery & dangerous that a person could slip & break a hip. The absence of any sort of grab bar in the shower was a little unnerving with the threat of slipping. It is overall a great complex to stay at with the proximity being right on the ocean (only 800' away) and closeness to the other walkable businesses. If we decide to return to Treasure Island in 2025, we definitely prefer to stay at this condo complex.

This is our second time staying here and we had another great stay! It has everything we need. The condo survived the hurricane nicely. This unit has an awesome view of the beach and is in close proximity to all our favorite places. We have already booked for next year. I would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and the view from the spacious corner balcony was really awesome. Loved the trail behind that lead to all of the popular restaurants and shops. No car needed.

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation. The condo was clean and the setup was perfect for our family, and we appreciated the full kitchen and washer and dryer. The beach view from the balcony was great, close to everything, and my kids loved the pool. Would stay here again!

We were very impressed with Treasure Island! The beach was gorgeous and this property was actually closer to the water than the pictures show, in my opinion. The condo met our needs and I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the beach from the balcony before the heat kicked in for the day. The property is walkable to a lot of ice cream shops that my kids enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom carpets with tile. Thanks for a great trip!

The apartment was very cleaned and well furnished. The iTRIP company was very efficient in sending and handyman in a few hours since I reported a little inconvenience. I was very satisfied about the condo too, well kept, well cleaned, everything working. The bbq area was really usable and pleasant. also the pool was attractive and well kept.

My family of 4 with boys aged 14 and 16 had a great week at this condo. Location was perfect and the view from deck was amazing. Condo has plenty of towels including beach towels. Loved the beach chairs and cooler made our days at the beach more comfortable. The host was VERY responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

This was our second trip to Treasure Island this year, using iTrip both times. We have been extremely pleased with everything, and are already planning our next trip! Customer service has been great - everything easy to navigate and smooth. Both places we have stayed (one at Surf Beach, one at South Beach Condos) were excellent and as described. Both places are quiet, beachfront, and with spectacular views. Having two bedrooms at Surf Beach Resort was a plus, as was access to a hot tub. Regardless, you can't go wrong with using iTrip when booking a Treasure Island vacation!

Great location, within walking distance of the restaurants, all accurate pictures of the apartment, check-in and check out very easy, and customer service was the best that I could ever have it. The only thing that would suggest would be more kitchen utensils for cooking. Other than that, definitely I highly recommend this place.

We have been to Treasure Island many times over the years. This property did not disappoint. The condo met our needs. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The communication with itrips was excellent. The downside: the rental needed a few updates. There was only 1 wine glass with a couple of wine drinkers staying. We stayed in and cooked a few times and there was only one small mixing bowl. The grill area needed some attention, but it was functional. No deal breakers. We would definitely stay again. We love the area and this place was reasonably priced. Thank you for another great vacation to Treasure Island.

The trip to treasure island was great, The room is exactly as advertise too bad too bad with room to move around, It was clean upon my arrival. All the appliances worked well including the much needed AC. My favorite part was the view that we had from the balcony, I will definitely stay there again. Good restaurants to eat at would be snappers on St Pete beach as well as trophy fish downtown St Pete.

Our stay in unit 306 was terrific. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the beach, the restaurants & amenities on Treasure Island, and is so close to many family fun activities within driving distance. The unit is clean, has a beautiful view of the beach & is perfect for up to 6 visitors. We absolutely loved the proximity to the Treasure Island Boardwalk too! The pool & hot tub area is perfect for days you don’t want to walk out to the beach or for evening swims. Loved the short walk to John’s Pass which is a favorite of ours also for shopping & dining as well as some fun water sports and Gulf cruises. Wanting to explore the Gulf area? This location is perfectly central to beaches & activities to both the north and south, while remaining a bit less congested and a perfect landing spot for families, couples, and small groups alike. We couldn’t ask for a better spot to relax and unwind in Florida. Highly recommend this vacation rental! We’ll be back for sure!

Unit 306 was amazing! Location, location, location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was clean, bigger than expected and a corner unit for an even better view! Literally walking distance to the beach, pool, hot tub, restaurants, live music, essentials and entertainment. We rented this for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect. Sitting on the balcony chairs with our coffee every morning and enjoying the view was the perfect way to start our day! I would highly recommend this condo for any getaway, whether you're going to go party every night or looking for some much needed R&R within the condo; this is your place!

This condo had a beautiful view of the Gulf with walking distance to the beach. It also provided a running/walking path along the beach. Great location and very close to restaurants, bars and shopping! The condo met our expectations once we arrived and was clean and comfortable. It had 2 full bathrooms which was nice for the 4 of us. It provided everything we needed for our week long stay. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.
