Luxury accommodations await in this comfortable, centrally located apartment unit. The seventh-floor apartment overlooks the resort-style pool area and has two separate balconies. The unit is equipped with everything you might need from kitchen appliances, plush robes, all your essential toiletries and more! All TVs are smart and include a YouTube TV subscription for you to stream 70+ live channels including the NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Redzone!

The community amenities include an infinity edge pool, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills, an internet café, a third-level, lakefront patio with firepits, a fitness center, and a game room with shuffleboard and a pool table.

Located right on Lake Woodlands, you are steps away from Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing, shopping, coffee, a grocery store, and all the lakeside amenities. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards or enjoy the nearby lake trail. You can easily walk over to Market Street and are less than two miles to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion to attend a concert. This is a great place to enjoy all The Woodlands has to offer. We can’t wait for you to stay!

COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGMENTS  
Tenants are to refrain from entering the premise or common areas with symptoms of COVID-19 or if they or anyone in their family has tested positive for COVID-19. Tenants are to be respectful of amenities and common area usage and adhere to any regulations set by the apartment complex or state. Although enhanced cleaning and measures are put into place, please understand there is no warranty of a COVID-19 free environment.
 
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
No open flames (ie. candle burning) or bbq grills are permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm.

NO PETS ALLOWED
No pets are allowed unless previously agreed upon with property manager. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.

NOISE CONSIDERATION
Quite time is from 10pm-8am and must be observed. No parties are permitted and if the maximum occupancy has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without refund. 

FALSIFIED RESERVATION
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a onetime cleaning fee at the time of booking.

UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet access. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

PROPERTY ACCESS
You will obtain instructions to access the unit with your check-in procedures once the amount due has been paid in full.

NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
  2. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants listed in the property description; not including a child in a crib.
  3. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  4. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  5. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Texas, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Texas or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. 

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.

LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
Linens and towels are furnished. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.

PARKING
Access to the parking garage is provided upon arrival.

Exactly as advertised. Seems “new”. Location is great with restaurants, lake, and in the middle of it all. Building is great. Common areas spacious, new and clean. Apartment well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay in the Manhattan. Nicely appointed kitchen for when we did want to use it, comfortable balcony seating and big fluffy pillows on the beds! We walked to dinner, took walks along the waterway and picked up groceries at Whole Foods. It was a fun and relaxing way to come back and visit TW. I’d recommend to people visiting for work or if you are visiting friends & family.

Loved our stay at the Manhattan Suite in Hughes Landing! Perfect location near restaurants, coffee shops and walking on the river walk. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Very professional hosts with detailed check-in and service. A last minute call at late night check - in was received and assistance given. We will definitely stay here again when visiting my parents who live nearby.

What a Place!

This is our third time in a year using iTrip Vacations North Houston. Candace is awesome and the place is beautiful -- everything is right there for you to use and enjoy. There was nothing that we could think of that we "wish" was in the apartment. We were there for 3 1/2 weeks as my daughter was training in June with her old soccer coaches and trainers and I was working at our downtown office. Beds were super comfortable and the living room was cozy for my daughter and I to watch a movie every night. The location of the apartment is right in the middle of Hughes Landing and having a Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants within minutes of your doorstep was great as well. We utilized the workout room and getting packages (or Doordash) delivered to your doorstep was super convenient. Easy in/easy out of the garage too. The way the apartment complex is set up, there is a pool in the middle of the complex and the apartment on the 7th floor looks right down onto the pool. There is some pool noise that echos up but in all but one night it was turned down by the required 10 p.m. quiet time and the other time, security was able to quiet it down after hours. We rarely heard any noise if at all from the apartments above or around us or from the hall -- it was super well-constructed in that regard. We felt very pampered and well taken care of in this apartment. Kudos again to iTrip North!

Wonderful suite with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. It was clean, well decorated and spacious. We had our 87 year old mother there and it was perfect. We will be staying there again.

Amazing Condo

We rented the Manhattan Suite for a girls trip and were absolutely in love with this condo! The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 balconies that over looks the pool area was beautiful. The attention to detail was much appreciated. For example they had several different pillow types to use. Charging stations for your portable electronics like cell phones. Smart TVs, cozy robes to wear. The bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with items you may use like make up remover, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smelled wonderful. The beds were both extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket of snacks and the coffee set up. This condo would be perfect for those wanting to have a getaway in The Woodlands or if you need to stay for an extended time period. We also loved being able to walk to Whole Foods and several different restaurants, as they are literally a hop skip and jump away. We were originally thinking booking with a hotel but so thankful to have found Manhattan Suite instead. We got so so so much more staying here than we would have at any hotel in The Woodlands waterway area. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to anyone needing to stay in that area.
