Kitzbuhel Hideout is a spacious, four bedroom, three and a half bath, townhome, spread out on three levels and lives more like a single family home. It comfortably sleeps 10 (with a provided luxury air mattress and bedding) and features two master en suites, large windows with beautiful scenery and plenty of natural light and air-conditioning, not common to find in Steamboat. Amenities include a community hot tub steps away from the unit and free private shuttle service to the ski area, town, grocery stores and anywhere within the city limits (winter only).
Kitzbuhel Hideout is located only a half mile from the resort, but ideally situated, hidden and tucked away in a private neighborhood on a very small street. There are only a handful of other townhomes that share the street and community hot tub. The townhome has both a private entrance and an attached one car garage which not only provides parking but also storage for skis, bikes and more. Enter the unit on the bottom level and a nice size foyer with heated floors.
This bottom level does not require any stairs and also offers the king master en suite providing privacy on it’s own floor. Along with a king bed, there is a flat screen tv and full bathroom with heated floors and a walk in shower. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also attached to this en suite.
Up on the main level is the fabulous open living area, featuring an entire wall of windows, sensational natural light, and vaulted ceilings. You will have no problem relaxing at Kitzbuhel Hideout with ample, comfortable seating options including a sofa and two recliners. Take in the scenery, watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen tv or just warm up in front of the alluring gas fireplace.
The kitchen has updated stainless appliances, including a 5 burner gas range and is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal including small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.
Dining options include a wonderful wooden table with seating for six plus kitchen island counter seating for four.
There is additional outdoor seating and furniture on the deck along with a gas grill and the aforementioned mountain scenery.
A powder room is also on the main level off of the kitchen for your convenience.
The second master en suite is also on the main level. It offers a queen bed, gas fireplace, lots of drawer storage and its own incredibly large bathroom with both a walk in shower and a jetted tub plus a double vanity and a closet for more storage.
The other two bedrooms are on the top floor, both with mountain area views and lots of closet and drawer space. One has a queen bed and the other two twin beds.
There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the top floor in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
