True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat town home, one of the best locations in Steamboat. Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store. Runs on a loop 8 - 10 am, on call other times (allow 15-20 minutes)

Storm Meadows Townhouse 13 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as a private hot tub. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from the hot tub, decks on all three levels as well as inside the main living area.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a beautifully updated kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal.

There is a large dining table off the kitchen, with 8 chairs, perfect for a family or group. The living area provides fantastic mountain views and ample comfortable seating on a leather sofa and loveseat as well as a club chair. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features high ceilings, fabulous barn wood beams and access to the expansive wraparound deck on this end unit, with plenty of privacy and open space next to the property. The deck offers the hot tub, a gas grill for barbecuing and outdoor furniture. Its the perfect place to relax to enjoy a beverage, bite or just a good book. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.

The upper level has two bedrooms, both with fantastic views, deck access, flat screen TVs and plenty of storage. The master suite has a king sized and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second upstairs bedroom has has both a queen and twin bed. The other upstairs full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.

The lower level also has two bedrooms with flat screen TVs and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level and outdoor storage for your equipment. The lower level deck is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Our hockey family from Wyoming rented unit 13 for a tournament our daughter's played in. It was the perfect place for 4 families to share meals and downtime between games. The private hot tub was a huge plus to soak sore muscles. We enjoyed morning coffee either on the little deck or simply sitting in the living room by the fire looking out out from the big glass doors at the slopes.

The condo was AMAZING! Views were spectacular! Very clean. We loved having a big table to sit down together as a family. The hot tub... stellar! Kids had a great time! Close to everything, but private. Kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms (linens), all clean and nicely organized, and plenty provided! Kudos to the cleaning staff! Wish the fireplace had been working and the weather had been cooler, but will definitely look at this area again and absolutely NOT opposed to staying in this exact condo (#13) again!

Fantastic location! really enjoyed the ski in ski out. Condo is a bit dated in places but yet very comfortable. Only being able to park 2 cars was a real inconvenience for us but we managed. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat Springs. It was enough room for our 3 families of 9 all together. The only issue we had was, no air conditioning. The top floor was pretty warm.

I stayed in this unit with 4 other people and had plenty of space with the 4 available bedrooms and the nice large, open kitchen & living room. The wrap-around deck with the huge private hot tub was great for taking in the mountain views at this end unit townhome. We used the private hot tub and the deck grill every day, which was great to have. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The house is also just minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs via car, but far enough away that it is quiet nestled in the hillside of the ski resort. I would love to come back in Winter as the ski-in ski-out access to the ski resort would be great!
