Unit 2, Beach Club, Pass-A-Grille

Another great year in Passa Gril. After one day stay we discovered a problem with the hot water. To us it was nothing serious requiring immediate attention but itrip sent a tech who was there in 20 minutes and resolved the problem. For those who are not familiar with rental properties, this is not normal. Thank you. As in previous years, the unit was found exactly as advertised. Clean, well stocked and the location is ideal. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I just came home from a one week vacation in Pass-a-Grill. We were familiar with the area from a prior trip several years ago. The rental property we just stayed in is only steps away from the retail area and the beach. It is a large one bedroom with very comfortable seating, as well as outdoor seating. The pool was great, and there was an additional seating area there. The landlord was very attentive to our stay and provided free tickets for the Clearwater Marina Aquarium and the Dalí museum. In a way I don’t want to give this rental a good review, because we’re intent on going back next year!

Close to the beach

The apartment was really nice and clean. Perfect for a couple. Nice patio with chairs and tables. Also beach chairs. Close to the beach and restaurants. We Will come back to Pass-a-grill and if it is possible we will rent this unit again.

Amazing stay

First time staying at the Beach Club even though we have been coming to this area for 15 years. We have found or " go to" rental. Our condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and quiet for sleeping. iTrip was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns.

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s a perfect location, has everything you need and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. You can’t ask for more than that. Pool out back, perfect temp, nice seating area, Beach right out front, it was gorgeous weather. Great restaurants, bars and shops, all within 1 Block. Comfortable bed, great TV, kitchen had everything we needed. Towels provided. An A+ stay. Thank You!!!

We love the beach club ❣️we have stayed in most of the units on the 1st floor and #2 is our favorite. The pool is behind you and the ocean is in front. Everything that you need at a beach house is right at your fingertips in this unit. It is comfortable and immaculate. We will be back. Loved the condo, loved the location, loved the beach. This place was comfortable and clean. Right across the street from the beach and they had the beach equipment we needed - two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. Just bring your sunscreen and a book (they also had a small selection in the condo if you forgot your book!) and you're set. The pool was clean and right out the back door of the condo. Nice restaurant choices and cute shops right around the corner. We'll be back! Thanks.

Perfect for two

This is the quiet area of St. Pete Beach. The condo was extremely clean. There was a little porch on the street side for watching the world go by. There is a pool a few steps out the back door. There are two beach towels, two beach chairs and an umbrella for a trip to the beach. The bed was comfy. A two block walk gets you to the fishing area. That was a good place to catch a glimpse of dolphins. I can't think of anything that was missing. We didn't have a car and the trolley was an easy way to navigate. Early check in may not always be available, so plan your trip to adhere to stated check in times.

Having been moved from another condo in Treasure Island my wife and I were delighted with this condo right acroas from the beach. Small complex of eight units with a pool area . We stayed in no 2 which was very well layed out with up to date facilities. Only downside was ac unit was in a room of the bedroom without a door to reduce noise quite noisey at night. Unit could also do with a full size ironing board and wvwn a small safe would be a really usful addition . We loved this unit and you can expect a great stay here .
