Our unit was clean and spacious. It does need updating, especially the bathrooms. The tiki bar downstairs was fun. The location was perfect for using the trolley rather than renting a car. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get in a little early which was great.

April 18-21 — Location, location, location! First time staying in Treasure Island, Florida. So glad our travel agent travels.by.Marie https://www.foratravel.com/advisor/marie-forrestal suggested #310 Island Inn Resorts. Our view is the Gulf to the west and the Bay to the east. Marie is an experienced travel agent, who listened and understood that we wanted a perfect place for a multi-generational family trip. We loved the condo, we stayed in #310. The staff was outstanding, the pool warm and clean, the beach, white sand, with lots of shells. Sharon, an employee at the pool - was a phenomenal employee — she had a challenging position of checking wristbands to make sure the pool was being used by current guests. All the people we encountered were very kind and personable - all property employees were very hospitable and generous with great suggestions for dining out, boating and family friendly adventures. The on-site pool and on-site Island Girl Tiki Bar had nice blended drinks and food choices. Parking under the carport was a bonus to keep the cars out of the direct sunlight. We enjoyed dining at Snapper’s, VIP Mexican Food, and Tuttorosso’s, all were delicious and priced right! You can’t go wrong with #310 Island Inn Resort. It reminded me to be present with family when we are able to be together.

Island Inn Beach Trip

Second trip at Island Inn. Room 310 was very clean and the beds are comfortable. This room has two bathrooms which is a very nice bonus. However, they are a bit dated and could use a "refresh". The response by the iTrip team members was quick when we had questions or needed something for the room. Appreciate the attention and customer service that was provided. Location of Island Inn is wonderful. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The beach had chair/umbrella rentals. Outside restrooms were kept amazingly clean which was greatly appreciated too! Note: No place to store luggage if arriving before check-in or need to stay after checkout time.

Great location and 2 great decks! Tiki Bar was fun and great heated pool. Condo was clean but kitchen microwave, toaster and coffee pot were not working well. No oven. Skillets in bad shape. Couch and chair were uncomfortable. ITrip was great to work with and overall it’s all about location and it was outstanding.

We enjoyed our week and the location was great. Check in was easy, the condo has all the essentials you need. It’s a bit outdated and had a musty smell. The recliner needs to be replaced as it has coils coming up into the seat we used a pillow to sit on. The pool and tiki bar was awesome. Great staff! It’s very close to the beach view from the balcony were beautiful. We would definitely be interested in staying there again.

Fantastic time even with the construction

We had a great vacation even with the construction. The beds were fantastic.! I wish I would’ve known it was under construction because we had to go get our car detailed after we left because of all the overspray from sanding and painting. It appeared the construction is almost done, so I would highly recommend staying there. We definitely would book again It would have been five stars without the construction.

Rooms were clean and pleasant to be in. Loved the 2 bedrooms and balcony. It was spacious and well kept. The view was beautiful especially the sunset. The staff was always there if I needed them. Pool was inviting as was the gulf. I highly recommend this unit.
