Tucked away in quiet Crescent Beach, this three story beach house is perfect for your Saint Augustine stay! Crescent Cove is a luxury home which features a private fenced backyard with a large swim spa pool, fire pit, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and enjoyment, all just across the street from the sand and surf! Located on a quiet, dead-end street on the east side of A1A, you can easily walk barefoot just across the street to the brand new beach walkover to take in the gorgeous white sands. Crescent Beach is the ideal place to enjoy natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends.
A covered porch with a swing welcomes you to this home. Inside you will find an open floor plan with a large, fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining for 10+, comfy seating and large screen 3D TV in the living space. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a half-bath are conveniently located on the first floor. The open stairwell takes you to the second floor which has a large master king suite with private balcony and extra-large walk-in shower, a queen guest bedroom, a bunk bedroom with three twin beds and one full bed, and another full bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom on the second floor is equipped with a smart TV. In addition, there is a third floor private loft sleeping space with a twin trundle bed, large work desk, and another private balcony with a peek of the ocean!
Best of all, the backyard outdoor space welcomes your group to gather and enjoy a cookout, relax around the swim spa pool, and tell stories of the day around the fire pit under the stars at night. The covered patio in the backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal year-round and to relax in the rocking chairs. Whether you want to take a walk on the beach, enjoy quiet time with ocean breezes on a private balcony, share a cup of coffee on a front porch swing, or hang out with the whole gang playing games, Crescent Cove provides the ideal space to do all this and more! In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 15-20 minute drive of the home. About 10 minutes to the south, enjoy fishing or swimming in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas Fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. Please keep this in mind, thank you!

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.

MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos. Check out instructions as provided must be complied with.
HOLD HARMLESS
Tenant and all other occupants willingly occupy these premises. In exchange for being allowed to occupy the premises, Tenant, on behalf of himself, his heirs, assigns, and descendants, agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and forever discharge iTrip or the Owner from any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, death, or other claim or injury suffered of any nature whatsoever arising out of Tenant’s own negligence or gross negligence; the negligence or gross negligence of the Owner or iTrip or any of its employees, managers, principals, owners, representatives, agents, authorities, leaders, or other person affiliated with it in any way; and the negligence or gross negligence of any other occupant in connection with the stay whether that be prior to, during, or immediately after the stay. By agreeing to these terms, and in exchange for being allowed to stay on the premises, you further agree that you will indemnify iTrip and the Owner and hold iTrip and the Owner harmless for any and all injuries, costs, damages, loss, or other claims made by all other occupants other than yourself arising out of or in any way caused by your actions undertaken in the course of your stay on the premises. Tenant understands that he/she does not have to stay on the premises and that without agreeing to these terms whereby he/she chooses voluntarily to waive any liability of iTrip and the Owner under the above terms, he/she will not be allowed to stay on the premises.
