BEACH TIME!!! Take in the sunrises and sunsets everyday from your private balconies with water views of the Atlantic Ocean to the East, and the Intracoastal Waterway to the West! Make the most of beach time by staying just steps from the sand with magnificent views to enjoy while you are relaxing in your own luxury family.-sized beach pad. Two beach walkovers and a drive-on access are within a few hundred feet of the home. Soak in the sun from the bird's nest balcony, or curl up with a good book in the shaded chair hammock. Ready for lunch? Gather the kids to the picnic table after rinsing them off in the outdoor shower, and then head back to the beach for an afternoon of playing in the surf. Enjoy family time around the fire pit in the evenings while the dog roams around the fenced yard.

"Butler Beach Bungalow" is beautifully finished and features a large open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, large breakfast bar, dining room, and living room with large-screened smart TV ready to run your favorite movie apps. A bedroom with queen sized bed is located on the ground floor, while the ocean view King bedroom and the bunk room are upstairs and directly connected to the wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach. Kids can pile in the bunk room which has a twin bunk with trundle, and an extra fold-out mattress. The second floor balcony is outfitted with outdoor lounge seating and dinette for two, while the bird's nest balcony has two chaise lounge chairs for sunning.

You will love the fully-fenced magical backyard space created with families in mind and including outdoor shower, picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill, and garden landscaping. Parking is ample as there are two parking areas: the driveway at the front of the home, and a parking pad at the rear of the home with access through a back gate.

**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour.
