This gorgeous, new condo is a treasure among rental properties and is a great find in Summit County! With views of the mountains, the condo sits on the bank of the Blue River. Nearby trails for hiking or biking. It is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts and minutes to Outlet shopping and restaurants. Very quiet building with the relaxing sounds of the river flowing by. Walking distance to some restaurants and Target.

Private entrance on the 2nd floor (stairway with 15 steps; No Elevator); the condo is on 1 level.

Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Unless otherwise noted, properties are not pet friendly. However, Service Dogs must be allowed by law. Some owners have pets and bring them to their properties (cats and dogs). Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.

We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.

Unless otherwise noted, this property, like most others in Summit County, does NOT have Air Conditioning.
