"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The first floor location and proximity to mountain house base was the best feature. We were able to walk easily to Peru express and drop kids at mountain base ski school within 10 minutes. Not having to haul gear up flights of stairs and all 5 of us being able to unload ourselves in the long mudroom was so convenient. Check the Summit Stage website for dates and schedules!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
