This fabulous, newly furnished, contemporary second level, 2 story, 2 bedroom (split master suites) 2 full bath townhouse getaway on Siesta Key is bright and beautiful and includes an upstairs loft. Enjoy morning coffee on one of 2 balconies with partial (not full) views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is modern galley style, well equipped to prepare wonderful meals and includes new white cabinets, stainless range/oven, stainless built-in microwave, Bosch dishwasher with separate silverware pull-out rack, stainless French door style refrigerator/freezer and plenty of cabinet space and natural solid stone counters in white and gray-black hues. At the end of the galley kitchen is the door that leads out to the balcony with a small cafe table and chairs for 2 with great views of the ocean. Enjoy your breakfast omelet outside! There is a dining area for 4 right off the kitchen next to sliding doors that lead out to a standing only balcony. The solid stone kitchen counter extends out to make a breakfast bar for 2.
The living room is open and bright with vaulted wood ceilings, a row of ceiling fans and new furnishings. Relax on the comfortable cozy sofa with a great novel or wind down after a beautiful day watching your favorite show on a large flat screen TV. There is cable/wifi for your entertainment as well some games and puzzles for the kids.
There are two master suites where one is upstairs in the open loft area with a new king bed, carpet and an ensuite bathroom with a step in tub/shower combo that is beautifully renovated. The ensuite bath has tile floors, new solid stone counters, new cabinet with sink and faucet and plenty of room for all your personal items. The loft is open and airy with limited viewing for privacy. Although there is a proper railing, please do not allow your kids up in the loft area unattended. Off to the side is an open closet with shelving for your things plus new washer & dryer for your convenience. Connected to the loft is a lovely balcony with views of the gulf.
The second master suite is downstairs, has access to the balcony with bistro seating for two that is shared via the kitchen as well. There are two new queen beds with an attached bathroom that has been fully renovated, new solid stone counter and gorgeous vanity. The shower is all newly tiled with an oversized rain shower head.
One assigned parking space with extra communal guest spaces.
For a full Siesta Key beach experience, take a 15 minute walk along Ocean Blvd to beach access #2 or bike or use the free local shuttle service (tips appreciated), your option! You're located minutes away from Siesta Key Village restaurants and shopping... literally a 5 minute walk to our local British pub, The Salty Dog. You'll love the convenience of Morton's Siesta Market located just down the street at a 10 min lovely stroll...so many options and all so close and convenient.
This property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. The owner is highly allergic. The unit is reached by stairs to the second floor and there are also stairs to the upstairs master. No small children in the loft area please.
Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. HOA app and approval required. There is an application fee not included in the price. It is $50/adult.
