Waiting for you are TWO heated swimming pools, an Exercise Room attached to the Clubhouse. The clubhouse is only available to guests for rental, just let us know! You have a BBQ grill area, 2 Tennis/Pickleball Courts with lights for night time playing so grab a partner and serve em up! A short stroll away is the intracoastal bay where there's a fishing dock (fish cleaning area too!) and a boat slip for dropping off or picking up passengers for a day out on the Gulf of Mexico...inhale the fresh sea breezes!

Siesta Key Village is only a 5 minute drive or 1.7 miles up the road. Plenty of dining options...quaint little bistros with backyard patios engulfed in lush native Florida greenery with ... casual dining, fine dining, breakfast cafe's, coffee shops or enjoy an afternoon of shopping. After dinner take your loved ones for a treat at one of our local ice cream shops for some homemade Italian Gelato. A Free shuttle pickup and drop-off post is a short walk at the entrance of Siesta Bayside. Leave the car in the attached garage and let someone else drive you appreciated!!

Enter the 2 bedroom condo thru the front door into the spacious entryway with the kitchen to your left. There is a round table that seats 4 just off to the side of the kitchen. The kitchen contains all the kitchen utensils that one needs to cook homemade meals and new stainless appliances. There's a large stainless refrigerator side by side doors and bottom freezer. stainless stove with black glass burner stove top and stainless dishwasher. Off the back of the kitchen countertop is a breakfast bar for 3. Enjoy your morning coffee and bagel at the bar or outside on the lanai...up to you!

The living room is carpeted and has a plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV which includes cable and WiFi. The bright green sofa is a sleeper for 2, The living room has sliders that open out to the screened lanai. Open the sliders and let the fresh sea breezes flow inside the room. Enjoy a glass of wine, dessert after dinner or your breakfast on the glass table for 5. A screen door gives you quick access to the walking path that leads you to the pool, clubhouse, gym, bbq grilling area and the intracoastal bay where you have a dock making fishing easy and fun! Guest bedroom has a new queen size bed plus a twin bed. Guest bath is outside the door and has a tub/shower combo.

When it's time to go to the beach, grab the beach cart from the garage and head across the street through the Gulf & Bay club right out onto the beach. Enjoy! You are officially in paradise. HOA application needed. It's quick and easy.

One car garage and a small single lane driveway behind the garage to park a second car. There are some additional guest parking spaces in the complex that are first come, first serve.

The owners bought this home about 15 years ago. The back lanai is private. Hear the birds chirp in the morning and the cicadas sing in the evenings. The perfect tropical respite away from the Florida sun. There are two pools in this complex and this unit is just across the street from the one that's usually less crowded.

Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. Please note that the amenities on the Gulf Side complex is available including their pool. This complex requires you fill out a 1 page contact page with name, contact info, number in your party, children ages, license plate and a copy of your driver's license.

Please note: We clean the garage weekly when unoccupied in response to a guest review. Also, with all of our properties, always call us if you have an issue and we will do our best to take care of the issue right away. Please don't wait to tell us in a review.

Don't forget the Free fun, too. For stays less than 28 days, you can take advantage of amazing options including a free car ride to/from the airport (SRQ/TPA). Free up to 3 people and you just tip the driver based on what the actual rate would have been. Car reservations need to be made more than 24 hours in advance. Also choose one option each day for 1 person: free dolphin fun cruise, free kayak rental or free bike rental. Stay at this gorgeous unit and you'll actually save money by taking advantage of these activities so you can have even more fun! We'll provide you with the info needed to sign up for these activities once you book.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver.   • All guests agree to the Sarasota Beach Vacations, LLC. Rental Agreement and this supercedes any other agreement. Credit card verification is required for last minute bookings.  We are licensed under the Division of Hotels and you agree that breach of our rules may result in immediate eviction per FL DBRP.
  • Registered Guests must be 25 or older. Bookings by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund.  No business bookings or contractors without prior approval and additional deposit.  Card holder must be the guest.
  • If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
  • Many complexes do not allow boats, motocycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, trucks or monster trucks. It is your responsibility to ask prior to booking. A 17' pickup truck may count as oversized, so ASK FIRST. We cannot guarantee additional parking. If the unit says you get 1 space, you get 1 space.
  • If the property says it is subject to HOA approval, there are additional restrictions. This is only applicable for longer stay properties of a month or more and the property description will say that an HOA application is required. Your booking is not complete until you return this form to us and you cannot be given access until you are approved. We do not control this process. Do not book a long term property for checkin shorter than the days the HOA notes they needed for approval or understand we may need to shift your days. Your rental is contingent on following HOA rules where applicable.   
  • Complexes have rules and the management of those complexes have the right to evict guests (under hotel rules) who do not follow their rules. Sarasota County and City Zoning requires outside quiet hours from 10PM until 8AM.  
  • AC is to be set no lower than 73 degrees. 
  • Renters are not authorized to make property repairs, 'improvements' or other property changes without written permission
  • No Smoking Permitted.  $500 fine. This includes vaping, cigarettes and other types of leaves.
  • Pets are only allowed in pet friendly properties and is only for one dog. Dogs are only allowed with express written permission in advance and with a $300 non-refundable pet security deposit. Always ask first as there may be size/weight/breed limits.  Aggressive breeds not allowed. Complaint(s) by neighbors of barking can result in eviction.  Please pick up after your dog.  If we have to remove dog poop from the yard, you will be charged both for professional removal plus $150. Some complexes do not allow emotional support animals. Per Florida law, a complex may restrict these for transient rentals. We are licensed to follow Florida Hotel rules not landlord/tenant rules. Ask before booking. A properly licensed service animal must always be allowed, however please note that a few of our owners are allergic to certain animals. Please communicate with us first if you have special requirements as we can direct you to a different property.  
  • There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities enact a mandatory hurricane evacuation for the location of your reserved property covering dates of your stay. Travel Insurance is recommended.  
  • Repairs, maintenance and renovations to buildings or other units are out of our control. These processes may involve noise and inconvenience during daylight hours. Refunds will not be made for noise and/or inconvenience caused by building repairs, maintenance and/or renovation work that we do not control.  
  • Things sometimes break. No refunds for appliance, electronic or pool issues. We will do our best to fix or replace as quickly as we can. If your pool heat isn't working and you paid separately for it, we will refund the pool heat, not your rent.
  • Departure Instructions: Professional cleaners clean after your stay. You don’t need to make the beds or do laundry. Please do your own dishes, start the dishwasher & remove your food & trash.

Just returned from a week in Siesta Key and we will be back. This condo and complex was perfect for us. I traveled with my college aged kids and they loved it! Check in was super simple and condo was ready as promised. Best of both worlds as we were a short walk to private beach and had access to beautiful spot on the bay. My 23 yo son loves to fish and was thrilled to see 2 rods in the garage. He caught a variety of saltwater fish which was exciting as we are from WI. Pools were nice and not crowded…especially the small one which we used as it was close. Bathroom at pool was really nice and clean. Could go on and on…can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the Village and Stickney Point! Loved that our unit was right next to the smaller (less crowded) pool! We were lucky enough to secure this beautiful house for our holiday and were completely blown away by the quality of the accommodation. All ages and needs are catered for in this very comfortable holiday home which offers privacy and easy access. The location is perfect, being a few steps from one of the two private pools, and a short walk to the award winning main beach. The free Taxis's allow easy access to the bars and restaurants and other beaches that are a little further away. I enjoyed watching the wildlife on the Intra Coastal Waterway, a short walk through the development, and was delighted to see dolphins feeding and playing. The perfect end to a perfect holiday. I highly recommend this property.
