House Rules

These house rules are a summary. Every guest signs the Sarasota Vacation Rentals, LLC Rental Agreement before arrival. If anything here differs from your signed Rental Agreement or the property-specific terms in the listing, the Rental Agreement and listing control.
The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. The card holder must be the guest. Credit card verification is required for last-minute bookings.
Bookings for business use or contractor housing need our written approval in advance.
Maximum occupancy is the number shown in the listing and applies at all times. Exceeding it is a breach of the Rental Agreement and grounds for removal.
We are licensed under the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. A serious breach of these rules or the Rental Agreement may result in removal from the property under Florida law.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Communities and HOAs have their own rules, and their management can enforce them.
Parking is limited to what the listing states. Many communities do not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles, including some pickup trucks. Ask us before booking.
Some properties require HOA approval, and the listing will say so. Your reservation is not final until the HOA approves your application, and we cannot give access before then. Allow enough time before check-in for the HOA's review.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the property or on balconies, patios, or lanais. The remediation fee is $500 or the actual cost, whichever is greater.
Pets are allowed only at dog-friendly properties, with our approval in advance and a pet fee. Limits on number, size, and breed are in the listing and Rental Agreement. Dogs are not allowed in pools. Service animals as defined by law are welcome at every property. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Set the air conditioning no lower than 73 degrees unless your Rental Agreement states a different setting.
Please do not make repairs or changes to the property. Contact us and we will handle it.
Pool heat at private pool homes is optional and charged separately unless the listing says it is included. Spa heat is included where the home has a private spa.
Things sometimes break, and we will fix or replace them as quickly as we can. Refunds for maintenance issues, outages, amenity closures, and building or community construction are covered in the Rental Agreement.
There is no refund for early departure except as stated in the Rental Agreement, including mandatory hurricane evacuations. We recommend travel insurance.
Early check-in may be available for a fee, depending on the property and the schedule. Ask us before your stay.
At departure, please wash your dishes or start the dishwasher and remove your food and trash. Our cleaners handle beds and laundry.

This condo has everything you need! Beautifully decorated, across the street from gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, beautiful and relaxing views. We had a wonderful time at this condo. Equipped with all you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. Also, great location for extremely easy access to the Breeze free trolley, or free rides for tips to any area of Island wanted to go to, we did not rent car, so this was a wonderful bonus. Quick uber ride to and from airport in Sarasota. This condo also had views of pool below, off the 2nd balcony that is with this condo. The extra supplies included with this condo, such as beach toys, equipment, towels etc, made our stay even more enjoyable. Owners have thought of everything to have an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend! Itrip was easily accessible also if have any questions.

Clean and tastefully decorated unit! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and the natural light throughout. The views were incredible! Spent a lot of time on the patio to enjoy the view of the Gulf. Location is great, close to the beach and the village. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

The condo was very nice. No need to buy anything other than food. Kitchen was well stocked with almost any utensil you would need. View of the Siesta Key beach area was outstanding with 2 balconies, one facing south and one east. Transportation was great using the Siesta Key trolley going to Siesta key village or to Turtle Beach area. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future. I would recommend this condo for any one.

Great 2 Bedroom across the road (and parking lot) from the beach. Easy walk to beach and to the village, however, its even easier to take the free trolly. Would have liked it if there could be a few more essentials in the unit, like toilet paper, paper towels, maybe salt, pepper, etc. It was bare bones so had to purchase anything we wanted for meals. Also only 3 beach chairs and apartment is for 4 people.

You will be pleased to know that we now put essentials inside the property before each guest including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a new sponge, paper towels and a few laundry pods. We do not put in oils or spices for hygienic reasons.

If you looking to escape the winter this place is the place for you to go. This condo has an incredible view of the beach. It has a lot of natural light which is beautiful. It has a very light interior and plenty of open space. The kitchen is perfect and is big enough for two people. It has two balconies which is perfect to eat your breakfast as you watch the sunrise and have dinner as you watch the sunset. The amenities are incredible, we played at the tennis court almost every day we were there. The staff that work there were quite friendly. The bed in the master is incredibly comfortable. And the second room is cool lovely we didn’t sleep in it but it was beautifully set up. One of the great things that I liked about this particular condo is that It has two full bathrooms. As a married couple trust me I needed my own bathroom and it was great because both had a shower and they were spacieous bathrooms. One of the things I really admired about this condo is the way that the staff did a presentation. You walk into the bathroom and the toilet paper rolls have a really cute roses they just really outdid themselves. My husband and I stayed in this condo for our honeymoon .Jerry placed us into this condo and he is an incredible incredible host. I am a very picky person sometimes I can be extremely obnoxious . Jerry was kind and very polite. I could honestly say that Jerry is one of the reasons why our stay is 5.5 stay out of 5 star rating. Jerry is truly a one of a kind human being. Jerry if you’re reading this thank you so much.Another great thing about the location of this condo is that they have the breeze trolley which basically means you can get drunk and not have to drive because the trolley is free and it runs about every 30 minutes.If you’re on a honeymoon or if you’re just trying to escape the snow this condo is a must stay.
