Active community has a large heated pool, club house and fishing pier on the Intracoastal waterway. This villa is close to the pool. The new Siesta Key Breeze trolley stops right outside of Polynesian Gardens. It will take you and your guests free to Siesta Public Beach, Turtle Beach and Siesta Village.

Walk across and down the street to Crescent beach with miles of white sugar-sand beach. Walk (or take the trolley) ½ mile to quaint beach pubs and convenience stores.

The SK trolley goes up and down the main road bringing you to various beaches, restaurants and shopping so no need to drive.
It’s just a short 6 minute walk to Crescent Beach! Siesta Key Beach. island style restaurants and pubs are also a few blocks away. A 15 minute drive will have you in downtown Sarasota and 20 minutes will put you on world famous St. Armand’s Circle for world class shopping and dining. Sarasota is renowned for it’s many cultural activities including the Ringling Museum with a collection of 28,000 works, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Asolo Theatre, Sarasota Opera, Florida Studio Theatre, Players Theatre, Selby Botanical Gardens (orchids and classes!) Mote Marine (pet a sting ray and a jelly fish aquarium), Orioles spring training and much, much more!.
Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.

Hotspot states are those with more than 700 cases per 100,000 residents per CDC guidelines as of May 15 (which is New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Louisiana, Michigan, Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, & Illinois).
If coming from a hotspot, you may only stay in a monthly property and you are required by law to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Do not book for less than 14 days if coming from a hot-spot.
