No Pet Policy

Absolutely No pets of any kind are allowed.

House Rules

These house rules are a summary. Every guest signs the Sarasota Vacation Rentals, LLC Rental Agreement before arrival. If anything here differs from your signed Rental Agreement or the property-specific terms in the listing, the Rental Agreement and listing control.
The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. The card holder must be the guest. Credit card verification is required for last-minute bookings.
Bookings for business use or contractor housing need our written approval in advance.
Maximum occupancy is the number shown in the listing and applies at all times. Exceeding it is a breach of the Rental Agreement and grounds for removal.
We are licensed under the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. A serious breach of these rules or the Rental Agreement may result in removal from the property under Florida law.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Communities and HOAs have their own rules, and their management can enforce them.
Parking is limited to what the listing states. Many communities do not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles, including some pickup trucks. Ask us before booking.
Some properties require HOA approval, and the listing will say so. Your reservation is not final until the HOA approves your application, and we cannot give access before then. Allow enough time before check-in for the HOA's review.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the property or on balconies, patios, or lanais. The remediation fee is $500 or the actual cost, whichever is greater.
Pets are allowed only at dog-friendly properties, with our approval in advance and a pet fee. Limits on number, size, and breed are in the listing and Rental Agreement. Dogs are not allowed in pools. Service animals as defined by law are welcome at every property. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Set the air conditioning no lower than 73 degrees unless your Rental Agreement states a different setting.
Please do not make repairs or changes to the property. Contact us and we will handle it.
Pool heat at private pool homes is optional and charged separately unless the listing says it is included. Spa heat is included where the home has a private spa.
Things sometimes break, and we will fix or replace them as quickly as we can. Refunds for maintenance issues, outages, amenity closures, and building or community construction are covered in the Rental Agreement.
There is no refund for early departure except as stated in the Rental Agreement, including mandatory hurricane evacuations. We recommend travel insurance.
Early check-in may be available for a fee, depending on the property and the schedule. Ask us before your stay.
At departure, please wash your dishes or start the dishwasher and remove your food and trash. Our cleaners handle beds and laundry.

I've stayed at LuLu's twice now. My hometown is Sarasota and moved away several years ago. When I come back home LuLu's is the perfect place to stay. I've stayed in both 1/1 rooms which are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful too. I can walk to most places I want to go to. The private patio in the back with a pool, grills, chairs, loungers, etc. is relaxing. Also, each unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wagon to hull your beach needs. I'm sure I'll be back.

This is our second stay at LuLu’s and we will be back again. It is in a perfect location. Short walk to restaurants and bars, as well as to the beach. The unit was very clean and the decor is warm and welcoming! The pool is a bonus. The communication with Itrip representatives were seamless. Just a perfect stay that’s so close to Siesta Key Beach. In my opinion, the very best beach ever visited!!

This one bedroom is perfect for a couple. We loved the 7 min walk to amazing siesta key beach and 5 min walk to siesta key restaurants. We had a problem with a leaky bedroom AC but the management was very quick to respond. We also liked that the place provided a wagon, good beach umbrella and beach chairs, along with beach towels.

This was an amazing, clean place for my husband and I to vacation. It was equipped with everything you need. It is also close to the village where there is shops and restaurants. The pool is perfect and it’s about a 5 min walk to beach access #5. No car necessary, which we love. Only a 23 min Uber ride from the Sarasota airport. We will definitely be back sooner than later. Thanks for the enjoyable lovely condo.

If you are thinking of a beach vacation in a perfect location, Lulu's Key House fits the bill! The multi-unit house is a four minute walk to the beach and has a backyard in-ground pool. The grocery store is two blocks away, along with countless restaurants and quaint shops. The host has provided everything you might need for the beach, including umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys for your kiddos. We stayed in the upper one bedroom unit which was decorated in a sweet beachy theme. Even though we were close to downtown Siesta Village, it was fairly quiet. Pack your swim suit and toothbrush, and enjoy the clear turquoise water and sugary white sand beaches of this little slice of beachy heaven.

This place is fair. Maybe a 5/10. There was nothing in the kitchen when we arrived, not even salt and pepper. Had to buy everything. The bed is a queen size mattress with full size sheets that barely fit. Sheets are very rough. No place to hang wet swim suit or towels. Pool was extremely busy with people from another house the first week and lots of kids the second week. Location was good and glad there were the two old bikes here to use.

Even though we experienced a few hiccups during our stay the team at iTrip responded quickly and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of. I think the most important thing is not if you have any problems but how the property manager responds. iTrip and Jerry gets an A Plus for their service. Absolutely adorable place! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Every thing you need from a beach bag and chairs and towels to kitchen essentials. Short walk to the village shops, restaurants and beach... this was a big plus for us. We didn't use the pool area but saw that it was a very nice space with Weber gas grill area and bags game for guests use. We would definitely stay at Lulu's Key house again.

We really enjoyed our time and especially the heated pool and lovely BBQ area. We stayed with our young baby and the location was perfect right between the restaurants and the beach. Lulu’s Key House is adorable! We stayed for 3 nights and had a terrific time. Siesta Village is at the end of the street (check out Siesta Key Oyster Bar for fish and The Hub for margaritas and Baja shrimp — best shrimp appetizer ever). The condo is beautifully thought out, with extra touches like specialty soaps and aloe lotion. It is clean as a whistle, and the beds (one sofa bed and one queen bed) were very comfortable. Terrific location, excellent host, beautiful stay!

The condo is adorable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything and the extra touches (soap, aloe) made for a really special experience. A couple of notes: the Smart TV didnt work for us, even after calling the help line. There just isnt enough bandwidth for the TVs to work. This was a bummer considering we have 2 kids and, after a packed day and night, we really just wanted to hang out as a family and watch TV. The bathroom door also squeaks VERY loudly, which was annoying since it literally woke people up to open and close it. It needs WD40 on the hinges and needs to be adjusted so the door doesnt hit the jamb. Last thing thats minor is that the palm trees are beautiful but they are sort of in the way of getting up and down the stairs. Overall, these things were noticeable but didnt affect our ability to enjoy the trip. Being so close to everything was wonderful, and the condo decor and location were absolutely perfect for us!
