This oasis on Siesta Key is just paradise. The condo is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and night life are steps away. No Pet Policy

Absolutely No Pets of any Kind are Allowed in the Condo.

House Rules

These house rules are a summary. Every guest signs the Sarasota Vacation Rentals, LLC Rental Agreement before arrival. If anything here differs from your signed Rental Agreement or the property-specific terms in the listing, the Rental Agreement and listing control.
The primary guest must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. The card holder must be the guest. Credit card verification is required for last-minute bookings.
Bookings for business use or contractor housing need our written approval in advance.
Maximum occupancy is the number shown in the listing and applies at all times. Exceeding it is a breach of the Rental Agreement and grounds for removal.
We are licensed under the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. A serious breach of these rules or the Rental Agreement may result in removal from the property under Florida law.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Communities and HOAs have their own rules, and their management can enforce them.
Parking is limited to what the listing states. Many communities do not allow boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles, including some pickup trucks. Ask us before booking.
Some properties require HOA approval, and the listing will say so. Your reservation is not final until the HOA approves your application, and we cannot give access before then. Allow enough time before check-in for the HOA's review.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the property or on balconies, patios, or lanais. The remediation fee is $500 or the actual cost, whichever is greater.
Pets are allowed only at dog-friendly properties, with our approval in advance and a pet fee. Limits on number, size, and breed are in the listing and Rental Agreement. Dogs are not allowed in pools. Service animals as defined by law are welcome at every property. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Set the air conditioning no lower than 73 degrees unless your Rental Agreement states a different setting.
Please do not make repairs or changes to the property. Contact us and we will handle it.
Pool heat at private pool homes is optional and charged separately unless the listing says it is included. Spa heat is included where the home has a private spa.
Things sometimes break, and we will fix or replace them as quickly as we can. Refunds for maintenance issues, outages, amenity closures, and building or community construction are covered in the Rental Agreement.
There is no refund for early departure except as stated in the Rental Agreement, including mandatory hurricane evacuations. We recommend travel insurance.
Early check-in may be available for a fee, depending on the property and the schedule. Ask us before your stay.
At departure, please wash your dishes or start the dishwasher and remove your food and trash. Our cleaners handle beds and laundry.

We had a lovely, relaxing time in Siesta Key. We’ve been several times now, staying in different locations but this one was the most convenient for everything, only a few minutes walk to the village with the restaurants, bars etc, maybe 10 minutes and you’re on the sand ready to set up for the day with all the beach equipment you could need provided - except a cooler! This is the only thing we missed and for a lot of people wouldn’t be an issue, but travelling from overseas, we weren’t able to bring our own. The unit itself was so well equipped with everything you could need. One or two minor things we were missing but a simple message to the number provided and they were dropped off for us at the unit within a couple of hours - thank you so much! All in all and fantastic relaxing break and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again when (because we will be be back) when we return.

I've stayed in Siesta Key a few times before so I know my way around the village and the beach, but my usual accommodation wasn't available for the dates I was visiting so I took a chance and booked Lulu's Key House (Kemp Ridley). On arrival, I was surprised how close it is to the village. I had checked maps prior to travelling and I knew it was relatively close but only when I parked up did I fully comprehend its close proximity to all the bars and restaturants! Two of my favourite places to eat are Summer House and The Cottage which are about a minute walk from the property! There's even a shortcut through Gilligans bar/ Mojo Risin' Coffee house to Ocean Blvd which I discovered on the second day! The walk to the beach is only about 3 mins. The property is clean, tidy, well maintained and everything I expected. Absolutely no complaints. The interior decor was cute and in-keeping with a coastal/beach town vibe, which impressed my girlfriend very much. I have nothing negative to say about this property and most likely will be booking it in the future again, if it is available. Most of my time was spent on the beach and in the gulf rather than utilising the pool at the back of the property, however I did take a dip on a couple of occasions later in the afternoon. The pool area is mostly in the shade by the late afternoon, but I don't view that as a bad thing. After spending all day in the sun, a cooler pool and some shade is actually quite welcome. Inside Kemp Ridley, the main room with the kitchenette and sofa is quite spacious, and the bedroom is also a good size. Unless you are travelling with kids, it is ideal for a couple or just for a solo traveller. Overall, I am very impressed and extremely pleased I booked this accommodation and hope to stay there again soon!

The place was as described and as per photos, actually even nicer in person. Amazing location and clean! Easy check in and out process. 3 min walk to the beach and 1 Min to the village. Responsive host! The only complaint was that we were on the bottom floor and could here every footstep above us.

This condo had many conveniences for our weekend stay ~ enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days, plenty of pool towels and shower towels, plus beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.. It was very clean and a five minute walk to beach. Easy to walk to all restaurants, market, ice cream and coffee shop (Mojo Risin’ is great coffee shop!). Communication was outstanding also- highly recommend this property.

Stayed at LuLus Kemp Ridley Siesta Keys. The cutest little place, very nice, clean, so convenient. We were able to walk everywhere, close to beach access. We had our own wagon and chairs, but they do supply it too. Loved the pool and grilling area. Thr supply everything yiu need and a Super Market and resturants are just few block away. Perfect place, would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at lulus. The place was recently renovated and it was beautiful. Location is top notch for beach and town especially for our teenagers that like to roam the island. You could definitely get away with no car. Couple recommendations - access to cleaning supplies, a full length mirror and more silverware. We had only a couple of forks! Would be nice to use an app to report maintenance issues and status so we don’t have to call. Overall we really liked everything about it.

Just spent five nights at this apartment, beginning Jan’25. Can’t recommend enough…absolutely fantastic, everything totally renewed after hurricane damage. Equipped with everything you require inside & out (washer & dryer 👍🏻) Location perfect, one street away from The Village (restaurants & bars) and 5-10min walk away from beach. Unfortunately weather wasn’t great for our first visit to Siesta Key…but, will definitely return soon…to this complex too! Added bonus with cart, parasol & chairs to use for beach 😎

We're coming to the end of a great stay. The place is comfortable and most of all is in a great location, couldn't be better as it's within a minutes walk of all the bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beach. There are chairs, umbrellas and bats, balls etc available to take in the trolley provided which was really handy. We've really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to Siesta Key Village.

Lulu's Beach Cottage was a quaint getaway my fiance and I needed. Quiet & clean setting back only 1 block from the beach. Offering a backyard grill next to the pool, bicycles & beach chairs, toys & big wagon to pull if needed. Updated shower was a plus and the light beach decor fit just right. Simple to check in and all questions were in the book in the cottage.

We had a wonderful time and stay at Lulu's. Just the right size for the 2 of us as we chose a 1 bedroom unit. Clean and decorated nicely with a wonderful shower. Short walk to the beach was made better by the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Mural on the exterior wall was beautiful with a quaint surprise, Frankfort IL was a destination on the sign. This is my second stay at Lulu's Key House and I will have many more stays in the future. Very close to everything yet quiet. Only four units in the beachy vibe building with a sparkling clean pool surrounded by new looking patio furniture. The unit is immaculate and modern with a comfortable bed, nice linens and plush white towels. The complimentary transportation from and to the airport is an added bonus. Lulu's is definitely the place on Siesta Key!

This property is super awesome, you can walk anywhere - the supermarket is only a block away on the corner for any essential needs, the beach is a quick walk, all the shops & restaurants are walkable as well, St Armands circle is only a 15 min drive, & Lido Beach. It’s nice to have the option of the swimming pool too private in the back of the unit with the bbq grills. We had a wonderful stay defiantly recommend this place!

We had the best time on our trip and this condo made that all possible.The amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to everything on the key, and providing everything for out of town guest. We wanted to spend a lot of time on the beach and LuLu's had everything we needed to help enjoy our time; from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts. It made everything more simple for us. The outdoor space/pool/grill were and amazing plus, the private pool and lounging area with tables and umbrellas made it that much more possible to enjoy the outdoors while on vacation. I visit Siesta often but this condo made it that much more enjoyable and I will be back to stay.

Loved it!! We rented the LuLu Kemp Ridley apartment and it was very clean and comfortable.The property was close to the beach and shopping. Grocery store was at the end of the street so we didnt even need a car. The pool was cleaned every day private. I would highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again. Location was great! Close to the beach and village. Our room was beautifully decorated and maintained. I can tell a lot of effort and thought was put into the renovation.

I am elated with my rental unit , it's too adorable, current in decor & fresh & clean! The grounds are beautiful & the pool area is private & its great to have unlimited hours to use it, unlike some hotels I've stayed at before.Its in as great location too, walking distance to the beach & the village.
