Walk out your door, turn right, walk down the quiet upscale residential street and in a few minutes (0.3 mi or 6-7 min.) you're at Lido Beach Pool & Pavilion.....Nice, huh!? (Lido Pool & Pavilion now open!) In less than half a mile you can walk to Ben & Jerry's on St. Armand's Circle and spoil yourselves until your heart's content! St. Armand's has many awesome upscale shops and restaurants that will feed every appetite in the group, whether it's Italian night, time for Greek, Asian or Seafood, St. Armand's has it all. PLEASE NOTE: A flight of stairs leads to the front door of the duplex, as this is a recent build so it's elevated to meet code.

Lido Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in South Florida! The public beach has been revitalized with more powdery soft white sand and the pavilion has added more seating in the shade. Imagine incredible sunsets on the beach that are truly one of a kind, jaw dropping & oh so mesmerizing. You will come back, no doubt, every year just to see them again and again. This is all available to you during your stay at our Presidential Duplex.

The Lido Beach Pool is open. The 25-meter lap pool adjacent to the Lido Pavilion is open Tuesday through Sunday, weather permitting, and closed on Mondays. Daily, three-month seasonal and annual swim passes are available, as are punch cards in increments of five, 10 and 20 visits. Passes and punch cards may be purchased by credit card at the pool.

Park your vehicle in the garage (using coded access) to keep it out of the hot Florida sun or park in the driveway....either way head up the stairs to the front door and enter your code....keyless entry makes it so easy. The duplex is newly built with a modern flare. High ceilings make this home feel way bigger than it's noted 1226 sqft. (per side). You'll love the remote control ceiling fans, two Smart TV's for streaming (WiFi & cable are included), one TV in the living room and one in the King bedroom.

The KITCHEN is lovely and modern with dark cherry cabinets, soft close drawers , solid stone natural counters, large island with seating for 2, stainless appliances including a side by side refrigerator with front door quick access to filtered water. The chef in the group will love the large solid stone/ cherry wood island with lots of storage and room to prepare a yummy lasagna or some fresh homemade cherry pie. Off to the side of the kitchen is a large dining table that seats 6 to make having meals with family & friends easy breezy. Down the hall from the kitchen is a BATHROOM with a solid stone counter, and a tub/shower combo to soak in after a long day of shopping and swimming in the Gulf....Connected from the bathroom is a QUEEN BEDROOM with ample room with a large closet.

The LIVING ROOM is spacious with high ceilings and conveniently close to the kitchen. It has two cream colored sofa sleepers that sleep one each and a large Smart flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows. Just add your password and you're good to go. WiFi & Cable included.

Off the living room is a large KING BEDROOM with a wall mounted Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet with custom drawers. Lastly, there is an ENSUITE BATH that is modern and beautiful with clear doors to the custom tiled shower. You'll appreciate the dark cherry cabinets and solid stone countertop. Plenty of room and drawers for you to store your personal belongings.

The backyard is fenced with a BBQ grill (please refill propane gas if it runs out) with a seating area to relax and chat with family, plus a large dining table that seats 6 with an umbrella for shade.

Garage will accommodate one small vehicle (no remote) with access via the service door with provided code.

No Pets allowed. No smoking inside the home or the garage. Thank you!

Please note: This property has a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights per the City of Sarasota. However, per the Governor's recent Executive Order on 10/3/2024, the restrictions imposed by municipalities have been lifted for residents impacted by the recent hurricanes. If not impacted by the hurricanes, please continue to book for 7 or more nights.

  • All guests agree to the Sarasota Vacation Rental, LLC. Rental Agreement and this supercedes any other agreement. Credit card verification is required for last minute bookings.  We are licensed under the Division of Hotels and you agree that breach of our rules may result in immediate eviction per FL DBRP.
  • Registered Guests must be 25 or older. Bookings by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund.  No business bookings or contractors without prior approval and additional deposit.  Card holder must be the guest.
  • If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
  • Many complexes do not allow boats, motocycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, trucks or monster trucks. It is your responsibility to ask prior to booking. A 17' pickup truck may count as oversized, so ASK FIRST. We cannot guarantee additional parking. If the unit says you get 1 space, you get 1 space.
  • If the property says it is subject to HOA approval, there are additional restrictions. This is only applicable for longer stay properties of a month or more and the property description will say that an HOA application is required. Your booking is not complete until you return this form to us and you cannot be given access until you are approved. We do not control this process. Do not book a long term property for checkin shorter than the days the HOA notes they needed for approval or understand we may need to shift your days. Your rental is contingent on following HOA rules where applicable.   
  • Complexes have rules and the management of those complexes have the right to evict guests (under hotel rules) who do not follow their rules. Sarasota County and City Zoning requires outside quiet hours from 10PM until 8AM.  
  • AC is to be set no lower than 73 degrees. 
  • Renters are not authorized to make property repairs, 'improvements' or other property changes without written permission
  • No Smoking Permitted.  $500 fine. This includes vaping, cigarettes and other types of leaves.
  • Pets are only allowed in pet friendly properties and is only for one dog. Dogs are only allowed with express written permission in advance and with a $300 non-refundable pet security deposit. Always ask first as there may be size/weight/breed limits.  Aggressive breeds not allowed. Complaint(s) by neighbors of barking can result in eviction.  Please pick up after your dog.  If we have to remove dog poop from the yard, you will be charged both for professional removal plus $150. Some complexes do not allow emotional support animals. Per Florida law, a complex may restrict these for transient rentals. We are licensed to follow Florida Hotel rules not landlord/tenant rules. Ask before booking. A properly licensed service animal must always be allowed, however please note that a few of our owners are allergic to certain animals. Please communicate with us first if you have special requirements as we can direct you to a different property.  
  • There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities enact a mandatory hurricane evacuation for the location of your reserved property covering dates of your stay. Travel Insurance is recommended.  
  • Repairs, maintenance and renovations to buildings or other units are out of our control. These processes may involve noise and inconvenience during daylight hours. Refunds will not be made for noise and/or inconvenience caused by building repairs, maintenance and/or renovation work that we do not control.  
  • Things sometimes break. No refunds for appliance, electronic or pool issues. We will do our best to fix or replace as quickly as we can. If your pool heat isn't working and you paid separately for it, we will refund the pool heat, not your rent.
  • Departure Instructions: Professional cleaners clean after your stay. You don’t need to make the beds or do laundry. Please do your own dishes, start the dishwasher & remove your food & trash.

We had an excellent stay on Lido Key. The property managers are immediately responsive to any questions and extremely helpful and cooperative. The property is well maintained and is stocked with everything you might need. The location is as advertised— a two block walk to the beach and a short walk to the circle. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this location was great! We were here for a week working at Mote Marine Lab and the location was ideal for quick commutes to Mote, but also walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the circle. The house had plety of amenities. Kitchen ware was well stocked and in good shape. Plenty of inside and outside seating for meals. Garage access with plenty of beach amenities for our use as well. LAstly, the management company was GREAT! Very quick to respond and was available if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
