This stunning home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Enjoy meals in the formal dining room, at the kitchen peninsular, in the sunroom, or walk out to the deck and enjoy your meal under the Wisteria. The family room is cozy and located just off the kitchen. It includes a large Smart flat-screen TV.

Relax in the formal living room with a piano that you are welcome to play.

All guests have access to the lower-level exercise room with a spin bike, dumbbells, workout bench, and related equipment. Kids can enjoy watching movies on the 100” pulled-down screen. In addition, there is a double-free throw basketball game, Ping Pong, and arts and crafts area.

You will undoubtedly want to take advantage of the downtime, play your favorite family lawn games, sit around, and enjoy the incredible CT night skies listening to crickets and laughter.

As you would expect, the house has WiFi throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached bathroom. The additional three bedrooms (Full, Full, Twin) share a hallway bathroom. There are AC units in each room.

All bedroom closets are inaccessible, but all bedrooms include hanging and storage options. Additionally, the garage and space above the garage are also locked and not accessible. The third garage will be accessible.

Three of Connecticut’s State Parks are located within a short distance. Huntington State Park can be accessed at the end of the street and available for running/walking, biking, fishing, and more. Just past the home with miniature ponies.
