AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Great location and great stay in Whistler!

We just spent 4 nights at Bear Lodge 215 and really enjoyed! We appreciated that the manager texted as we were heading in to tell us about a road closure and make sure we didn't go too far and get stuck. We did end up getting there as the road reopened but really appreciated Bob reaching out. It was crazy weather and there were staff shortages due to inability of staff to get to Whistler with road closures on and off for a few days, so replies from the staff were slower than usual, but the place was spotless and had plenty of room for a family of 4. The location in the middle of Whistler Village was great! it was walkable to both Whistler Village and Blackcomb base. The only complaint I had was the hot tub, it is located in Eagle Lodge, very awkward to walk over in rain/ice/snow, and did not look clean when we got there. However, that may have been due to the staffing issues that week as well, as we didn't see other complaints about this.

We stayed here for a weekend with friends and it was great. 2 bedrooms and a pull out easily sleeps 6. The kitchen lacked a few things but our group was prepared and brought a few extra things. There are a couple things that are falling apart/could need replacing but no big deal. (dishwasher is functional but enjoys falling off the track/out of the cupboard, extra bedding for futon wasn't the cleanest, could use extra stools for the table). It's right in the village and only a 7 minute walk to the gondola which is very convenient. Overall great place and would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the condo. If is on the quiet side of the village so there wasn't a great deal of noise until the bars closed. The space is bright and there is a great deal of natural light. It was very clean and it was easy to find everything. It was nice to see new carpet. However, some upgrades need to happen in order to give this suite a perfect score. The kitchen for example, needs a redo.

Great location but furnishings and cleanliness were below expectations. Reached out to the manager and owner about issues while there and got suggestions but no solutions. Could be a great place if updated and cleaned. Currently I would say it’s best suited for those comfortable staying in “college apartment“ quality lodging.

I stayed at Bear Lodge unit 215 for 9 nights with 4 of my friends for a skiing trip. The location is ideal for both skiing and restaurants/night life. The condo has amazing views of the mountain from the living room and the porch. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfectly situated snack dab in the middle of town. It is just a short walk to the Olympic Park one way and to the Whistler gondola the other way. Had a great time!

Easter weekend at Whistler

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Whistler skiing and exploring the village. Bear Lodge condo was well appointed, and 2 bedrooms - so lots of space. It was near a lot of great restaurants and only a short walk to the ski lifts. I would certainly recommend it for your next trip to Whistler.

Good Place

The management group for Bear Lodge was very helpful. We were running late getting into town and they were able to accommodate our almost midnight check in. The unit was clean but could use some improvements. The couches were showing large stains and a few of the lightbulbs were out. In addition, the WiFi was extremely unreliable. However, in the management's defense, I never reached out during our stay to address these, other than the WiFi but never heard back. I would stay again simply out of convenience.

Annual whistler trip

Great location convenient to shops, lifts, restaurants,... had a problem with a broken toilet seat that was fixed in a very timely manner after contacting owner. Only thing I would recommend is an updated toilet with a more powerful and efficient flush. Hot tub was nice but in the adjacent lodge which made for a fun walk and some interesting looks from others walking in the village.
