As a prior U.S. Army Captain, Will has experience in accomplishing goals with precision and honor. After leaving the military, Will owned and operated his own fitness business in the Oceanside community.

Amy owned and operated a beauty franchise, and simultaneously helped others as a franchise consultant to find their true passion in business ownership.

Will and Amy met and connected because they started businesses at the same time. Now they work together overseeing vacation rentals and short-term rental properties while raising their two children.
