Sue Kowalewski and Bart Whaley are the owners and managers of iTrip Florida First Coast, managing vacation rentals in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park and Green Cove Springs.

For the last few years, Sue and Bart have managed their own apartment rentals and converted several of them into short-term vacation rentals. They enjoy interacting with guests and working to create wonderful memories for all who visit. As property managers, they have received a 5-star rating on all their properties and have guests returning for repeat visits.

Sue and Bart have lived in the Jacksonville area for 18 years and love calling it home. With such a beautiful climate, landscape and surrounding beach communities -- combined with sporting events, concerts, dining and festivals -- they make sure to experience everything their community offers and pass that along for others to enjoy.

Sue has spent the last 17 years as a franchisee in the health and wellness industry, and has significant experience in business operations, guest services, advertising and community relations. Prior to that, she spent the previous 13 years in the home furnishings industry in sales, marketing, demographic studies and sales performance analysis. Sue has also enjoyed writing for a Jacksonville area entertainment magazine and creating pictures through words.

Bart has spent his entire career in event marketing and people management. Starting at Disneyland in California at a young age, he spent his first 19 years working for the Big Mouse! He then embarked on a journey that would take him to every state in the U.S. During this time, Bart did everything from press operations and venue director for World Cup Soccer and The Atlanta Summer Olympics to tour manager with SeaWorld, Coca-Cola, Maybelline, Budweiser and other brands. Bart is people oriented and has developed working relationships with local area vendors in home maintenance.

Sue and Bart are excited to represent Jacksonville area home owners and provide the care and protection each property needs. Additionally, they look forward to interacting with visiting guests and helping create amazing memories of Florida’s First Coast that they will treasure for years to come!
