Welcome to Fajardo, Puerto Rico! We welcome you to stay with us in one of our luxury villas!

Whether it's the sunrise or the sunset you want to see - a stay at our Villa will give you both! Overlooking Fajardo and Las Croabas, the views of the island are beautiful and the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking. We hope you enjoy our new photography by the fabulous Gil Stose Photography!

**Be sure to read the entire description including the travel requirements for Puerto Rico. All guest names must be provided with the reservation and compliance with the travel requirements for Puerto Rico is mandatory. Drivers License or Passport Verification upon arrival is required. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

There are 5 large bedrooms with a variety of bed combinations so you can be sure your entire group is comfortable. The indoor/outdoor living is hard to beat. The large main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy meals in and we just added a Dishwasher! There is also a walk out patio to the pool with kitchen area, bar seating and a relaxation area.

The 2nd level down there are 4 Bedrooms - each with its' own bathroom. Two are King Suites, one is a 2 Queen Suite and the other is a 2 King Suite.

The 3rd level down there is a King Suite with its' own bathroom that is also accessible from outside on the pool deck.

There is a 1/2 bath on the main entry level off of the living/kitchen area.

WIFI is included. Washer/Dryer is available.

There are stairs in between the levels of the villa. Always use the hand railings please!

Entering at the main level - you will be invited into the large living area which connects to the kitchen and allows you to take in the beautiful views right from the very first moment!

There are seven flat screen televisions throughout - each Bedroom Suite has one as well as one in the upstairs living area and one in the walk out patio area.

Linens are provided. Stainless Steel appliances including toaster, gas stove. Coffee Maker, Blender, Waffle Maker, cooking utensils and dishware service for 14.

Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.

Due to the time it takes to properly care & maintain the villas in between guests - and that we use an outside cleaning service and have to go by their schedule - we are not able to offer early arrivals or late departures. We are able to make several suggestions of things for you to do in route to the villa - or on your way back to the airport! Many things to see & do! We thank you for your cooperation.

Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.

We look forward to welcoming you & helping to create a beautiful backdrop for wonderful memories! We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on the grounds anytime daily between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.

No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

Some amenities noted are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Kayak Rental, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our villas are located in Las Croabas, which is a great little fishing village located on the northeast corner of Puerto Rico.   There are a lot of activites in the area - driving or walking down the hill.   The hill itself is a nice little work out too!

Seven Seas Beach is beautiful and is about a 4-5 block walk down the hill - but the drive is easier.   The waters are calm in that area - which is great for a variety of water activities.   There are also day-hikes to other secluded beaches that are only accessible on foot - such as Playa Colora & Playa Escondida.

There are plenty of trails in the area also, including around the PR Lighthouse and the beautiful bioluminescent lagoon!

There are water taxi options available to visit the smaller area islands for snorkeling.

Dining Options - there are numerous options in the neighborhood and even more to choose from in Luquillo and other surrounding towns.

We are just up the hill from the El Conquistador Resort and Golf Course.   They have shops & dining that is available as well!

There are some marinas a few minutes drive away that offer a variety of boat charters too.   There are Ferries that you can purchase a ticket for and take a day trip to Vieques or Culebra for some more beach relaxation.

A visit to the El Yunque Rainforest - about a 25 minute drive.  The hiking and views are beautiful and this is a wonderful day trip!   Pack a picnic and off you go!

No visit to Puerto Rico would be complete without a day trip to Old San Juan!   Visit the Fort El Morro and Castillo de San Cristobal.  It is a beautiful area to wander around with a variety of parks, historic architecture, authentic cuisine and shops to entice you!   We've heard the best bar with a view is Cafe' Darsenas at Pier #1;  and if you are into salsa dancing, check out the Nuyorican Cafe'!   We enjoy a stop at Colmado Bar Moreno and Nono's too!   How about a cup of amazing Puerto Rican Coffee from Finca Cialitos!  There are a lot of fun places to see!
AGREEMENT
Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants that have been identified to us are included.  Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund. Rental status is transient and gives no residential claim to the guests.  Any changes in occupancy/dates must be made and agreed to in writing by both parties.
FAMILY RENTAL ONLY
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age!   No parties or events of any kind are allowed.  No DJ's, sound systems, confetti, silly string, etc.  Outside guests are not allowed.  Names of all guests must be provided in advance.  Upon arrival, a Driver's License or Government Issued Photo ID and Actual Credit Card used for payment must be provided for verification.
GROUP SIZE
The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description.  Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight.  If maximum capacity is exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without a refund.
FALSIFIED RESERVATION
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  Or you will be billed a $500 penalty for violating the Smoking Policy.   Smoking would include all forms of tobacco, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES/FURNITURE
Linens & towels are provided. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you. Excessive Stains or Damage to the Linens will result in a $100 Charge.  An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.  There is a $500 fee to restage the house if furniture is moved around and not returned to its original place.
Firearms / Weapons / Fireworks
The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us.  Our Firearms and Weapons Policy is designed for the protection of our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, and pertains to the presence of firearms and weapons on the premises.  Agent recognizes that guests and vendors may legally possess firearms or weapons for a variety of legitimate purposes.  This policy has been developed to create a safe environment by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms and weapons on our premises.  All of iTrip Vacations homes are private property.  Guests, who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm or weapon, may bring such onto our premises for storage purposes only, with the understanding that they are personally responsible for the following:
  • Guests must abide by all Federal, State and local laws.
  • Firearm and weapons must be appropriately registered.
  • Firearms must be unloaded
  • No cleaning of firearms is permitted on the premises.
  • Firearms and weapons must be safeguarded and secured in either a locked, hard sided firearm container or a soft gun case provided by the guest, at all times and clearly labeled with their name and contact information.
  • Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the premises.


PARKING
No boats, jet-ski’s, trailer or RV’s are allowed without prior permission of Agent.  All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner, or individual who has signed the vehicle rental agreement.  iTrip Vacations, Florida’s First Coast Vacations, LLC or the Property Owner shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.  If a vehicle is left on the property after the guest checks out without the written consent of iTrip Vacations, we reserve the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.  No vehicle repairs are to be performed on the property.

This house was amazing! The view from the decks are absolutely gorgeous! Nothing I’ve seen before. Short drive to the beach. Pool was very nice too. The entire house was beautiful. Easy parking in the driveway. Management team was very responsive and helpful. The house had lots of supplies like laundry detergent, soap, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!
