This property is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of shade to hang outside. The pool table house was a nice addition. Plenty of cookware, coffee station, and anything you need in a kitchen.

Knot A Kabin was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. The beds & shower were great. The only issue we had was it was not cool enough in the house. Maybe it was because it was so hot outside, but it was difficult trying to stay cool & relax inside. Other than that, it was nice.

We had an excellent time at this property. Excellent location. Close to everything yet not in town. Very clean, very well stocked. Fenced was such a plus for having our pup along! I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to the area.

The property is located in a subdivision and not up the mountain, so there are no steep curves to navigate. When we arrived, everything was clean and neat. The beds were the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept on. I plan on asking someone for the brand of mattress they have so that we can purchase for our home. We brought our 2 dogs, and they seemed to enjoy it also. The property has a nice fence with a nice yard for them to play. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re bringing dogs.

About the house: We've been making trips to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for years and love the area but typically we just stay at local hotels as it is generally just my husband, myself and our daughter. This trip we were able to take my elderly parents with us so we needed some extra room and didn't want to book multiple hotel rooms. This home was perfect for our needs. Everything is on one level, with only a few steps to access the main doors. It also had the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, eating utensils, even a crock pot! We only cooked one time since it was a short trip but for anyone staying a full week and wanting to cook instead of eating out all the time, you're set. For those that hate to take dirty clothes home, there is a washer and dryer set that actually works well, unlike some rentals where you have to run multiple cycles to get your clothes dry. There is a chain link fence all the way around the property so it is perfect if you want to bring your pups. It is super convenient to everything, only roughly a 10 minute drive out to the parkway, and it 's located in a very quiet residential neighborhood so you don't have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise. We will definitely be renting this one again!! About iTrip: These folks are awesome!! When we arrived, we found the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling but we arrived late Thursday night and didn't think too much of it. The following morning we went to get a few groceries and when we started putting the cold items in the fridge, we knew there was an issue. We called the customer service number and within a few hours, they had a repairman there who took care of the problem and we were all set. We left on Sunday and made the trip home. My teenage daughter realized, after we got home, that she had left her school backpack at the house....which also contained her school issued Chromebook. I immediately called the folks at iTrip and they started communicating with the housekeeping staff. We made the drive back to Pigeon Forge, which thankfully is only an hour and a half for us. It took a few hours of waiting but they finally located the backpack and got it back to their office for us to pick up. We were very grateful for that so I can't speak highly enough of the customer service we received from iTrip.

We were very happy with cleanliness and the location. We had a minor concern with a noise and Jack came right over to address the issue. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. They had a poop station with poop bags and pooper scooper.

This cabin is a dream, beautiful rustic feel with modern amenities and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind bringing our dogs and allowing them to be off leash. We had one problem upon check in but the service team was out within an hour.

We loved our trip. The house was very nice and my niece and nephews enjoyed the pool room. I had two frustrating moments. One the wifi password was incorrect that was sent to us and I was basically told sorry that was the one your company had and that I could reset the router if I could find it or they could send maintenance out. I found it frustrating that you could not contact the owner for the password. The incorrect password would not change resetting the router. Thank goodness we found a little sign with sith correct password when looking for the router. The other thing was we got in late and need dish soap and there was not even a trial size to use until I got to the store. Most places leave you a small trial size and an almost full roll of paper towels. Others than those moments the house met our needs and the pup enjoyed the yard.
