Located just a 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain's Base area or to the Free Shuttle, you truly will be staying in the heart of it all! The home features 2,500 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 adults (10 with kids/teens). The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The primary bedroom suite and a second guest bedroom, both with king beds, and an office with a queen sleep sofa are on the level above the main. The top level is a second main bedroom suite.

Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the resort. We are frequently using EPA-approved products that kill the COVID-19
virus on all of our high-touch surfaces and restrooms, and we are applying enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices across
our resort, including in our gondola cabins.

Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day.  My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.

Main Street Pizza & Noodle  (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street)Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo  has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments! 

Did you know you can take the ski bus from the SLC international airport to Park City? This is an affordable, eco-friendly service provided by the Utah Transit Authority.

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.

We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.

Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.

For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.

This place was perfect. Easy walk to and from the mtn. While not technically ski in, it is possible for the experienced skier. The house was very well appointed. Helpful to have all the necessities in stock at the house. House was clean, quiet and worked well for a group of 6 adults. Hot tub was clean which isn’t always the case with rentals. Impressed with the heating system which kept each room equally heated. Only two suggestions—more coasters so there is no risk ruining the dining table and a small vacuum as the rug pills after 7 days of use. Check in and out was easy and Itrip helped connect us to grocery and liquor delivery. Super key for a 12/25 arrival. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

I cannot speak highly enough of iTrip and this home. It truly had everything we needed, was in the best location (great bars and coffee shops within 10 min walk) to Main Street. It was spacious, looked exactly like it does in their photos. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had every pot, pan, plate and utensil that you would need to cook a meal at home, and we never had any issues with parking. iTrip was so communicative, responsive, and great to work with. I had to add an extra night to my reservation last minute and they made it happen so quickly. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back to Park City, and I will be recommending this rental to friends and family.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be! Super comfortable and really well set up, there was tons of gear storage for our skis and equipment. It was a short walk to the lifts and into Park City downtown. Would absolutely come back!!

We had a group of 10 and this home worked great. We were able to ski in to the back of the home without trouble, once I figured out the route. Accomodations were excellent and the home was amazing. We walked downhill to the PCMR base as well as to Old Town for shopping and eating. Will definitely plan to stay here again.
