This home has two reserved parking spaces and six ski lockers. The parking spots are located right in front of the elevators. We will provide you with locker codes upon arrival.

As indicated on the rental agreement, all iTrip Park City properties have a strict no-party policy. 

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

Unless otherwise listed, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please observe them and be respectful of the home and neighbors. 

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

Beautiful property

We recently stayed in Blackstone 304 as a family of 4. We absolutely loved the condo layout and views. The upstairs was nice for storing all of the ski bags and as a place for our teens to hangout. We were pleasantly surprised by a firework show on NYE from the balcony. Although there was a free shuttle service, we preferred to load our skis up from the lockers in the parking garage and drive one minute away to the Canyons parking garage (which is free) and walk 50 yards to the Cabriolet lift. The condo provided everything we needed as far as soaps, TP, paper towels, salt & pepper, plenty of glassware, mugs and cooking utensils. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the 3 fireplaces. Our only complaint was the Ninja coffee maker. The K-cup feature made a huge mess when making coffee. Suggest buying a separate machine for single cup coffee. Otherwise we loved our stay and this location. Easy to drive to PC Main Street or get an uber for dinners. Would love to stay again in the future.

We came in for a quick getaway during fall break. The penthouse was super clean, comfortable, and was just what our little fmaily needed. Kids loved the loft - which gave the adults some long overdue space to ourselves. Super easy to check in and get around. A really nice, low-stress getaway. We’d stay again.

Perfect for Fourth of July

Our condo was very clean and well-stocked for cooking family meals. All appliances worked great. The Canyons location was convenient for every activity one could want. We especially appreciated being able to watch the Fourth of July drone show/fireworks from our balcony. The iTrip management company was prompt to respond to all our inquiries. Suggestions would be to provide more drinking glasses and to replace the badly warped rug under the bed in the south bedroom.

We are giving this condo five stars but we do have some suggestions. First the positive - a fabulous location with a great view, super beds, clean interior, easy check in and out. Suggestions - the windows looking out need to be cleaned since it made it difficult to look out; one master bedroom had no soap, shampoo, conditioner; could use directions for the tv and for the dual coffee pot; napkins would be nice.

The townhouse as absolutely beautiful. Loved all of the fireplaces with the huge windows… we even got lucky that it snowed most of the time making it the best ambiance. The customer service was A+++. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for the great ski trip!
