Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day.  My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.

Main Street Pizza & Noodle  (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street),  Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo  has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments! 

Family vacations are a time for fun, food, excitement, relaxation, and making memories. Our mountain ranges tower over 9000 feet, which, by default, allows Park City to take family fun to new heights. With skiing, zip lines, alpine coaster, and dog sledding, you'll never run out of things to do, the dreaded "I'm bored!" statement is completely obliterated from your kids' vocabulary. Even the tiniest family members get their little senses and imaginations firing with winter camps or art classes at Kimball Art Center. There's a high probability parents will even let their inner child shine forth!

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

GREAT ski in/out condo

This may be the overall best ski condo we've stayed in across many years and many resorts. The location is the best in the complex - it has a deck that opens out into the patio area with hot tub and grill. Steps beyond that you can strap in and ski down to the lift. The high elevation means there will be snow even in a bad year like 2026. Nothing worse than paying up for ski in/out and not being able to ski in/out! The interior had high end finishes and was super clean. A beautiful interior with great views out to the mountain/forest. The kitchen was completely appointed. You could cook virtually any dish you wanted, just bring your food. Wolf range! Covered garage is really nice for bad weather. Comfortable living room, large dining table for big groups. Pano window looking out into the forest/ski run. Washing machine works great. The floorplan is really good for both multiple couples and families with parents who don't want to be close to the kids. The master is on the opposite side of the condo from the other bedrooms and even those do not share a wall. Very private layout. We loved our stay and would come back.

Nice Unit

Arrowhead 216 is a great ski in ski out option, with access directly to the slopes. Though check snow conditions and if Silver Strike is running, otherwise you’ll need to take the complimentary shuttle to Snow Park or Silver Lake. Overall the unit was well equipped, and great for a family. Parking is a little limited and the parking garage is tight. Keep that in mind when selecting a rental vehicle. Additionally, more disclosure is needed that free ski rentals in the advertisement are for only one person and one day.

Empire Pass Condo

Our group of six enjoyed the slope side condo. Every morning we cooked a hearty breakfast, cleaned up and headed down to the ski lockers. Picked up the ski gear and walked up to the slope, skied down to the chair lift and BAM we were off for a day of skiing. The shuttle service provided by Empire Pass was great, no need for a vehicle. The drivers were friendly and helpful. And yes our group would do it all over again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, well-furnished home and all the Arrowleaf amenities - highlights including making smores and enjoying drinks around the firepit and super easy access to the mountain. The town of Park City was a very short drive away, as well as the bike path and access to hiking/mountain biking trails. iTrip was a fantastic host with excellent communication. All in all it's a phenomenal location in Deer Valley! Highly recommend!

We brought our family here on vacation to mountain bike ride. This was the best location we could have ever asked for. Mountain biking right outside the door. Lots of activities within 20 miles or less including zip lining, rafting, downhill biking (A short mile plus ride from the condo), and Olympic Park gold pass is a must for the adrenaline junkie family! I trip attended to any questions we had in a timely fashion. The condo was perfect. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!! Beautiful area too!

We had a wonderful time with our family during our stay in Deer Valley. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. We reached out to iTrip since we needed more humidifiers for the condo, and they sent a maintenance person within 30 minutes with new ones for us to use! It was fantastic service and care overall. Perfect condo on the Mountain

Beautiful rental in the heart of Deer Valley Resort. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Ski access was amazingly easy. Checking in was an absolute breeze, and while this is a private rental we had access to all of the same resort amenities like the hot tubs and private shuttle. Empire Club Building B unit 216

The unit is great, right on the slopes, with wonderful views. WiFi worked great, bedrooms were fine, outdoor hot tub was also very nice. One of the best parts was the attached garage which was extremely convenient. Only negative was the stereo was out of commission.
