Set on the hillside above Historic Main Street in Old Town Park City, the home sits on Ontario Avenue near Shorty’s Stairs, a well-known pedestrian shortcut connecting hillside homes to Main Street and the Town Lift. Historic Main Street is approximately a 5-minute walk, and the Town Lift at Park City Mountain is about a 7-minute walk. The Park City Transit Center is roughly a 3-minute walk, providing free shuttle access to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other areas of town.

The hillside setting is typical of Old Town. Walking down to town is easy; the return walk is steeper. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter.
