LAYOUT AND SLEEPING

The penthouse sleeps eight across three bedrooms on two levels. Two bedrooms have king beds; the third has two queens, which works for children, teens, or a second couple sharing. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, so no two parties share a bath. The main level holds the kitchen, dining, living room, and two bedrooms; upstairs, the loft works as a second living space with its own seating and television. Parking is valet through Hyatt Centric, with details set out in the rental agreement. Because the gondola, ski school, rentals, dining, and shuttle are all on-site, most guests use the car only for the airport run.

Location is great and the condo was very clean! Not having heat in our condo the first few days (despite all of the communication and maintenance attempts to fix it) a the main tv not working was less than ideal. The condo needs some work/repair.

Perfect for a large family!

We recently stayed here for a 2-family ski trip, and absolutely loved it! The ski in / ski out couldn't have been easier, which was a primary reason we chose this unit. The condo is nicely decorated, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. It was nice to have a drip coffee maker & the Keurig. The table was big enough for all 7 of us to enjoy our meals together. The beds were all comfortable, and the fireplaces added a nice ambiance to our after-ski evenings. The staff at the Hyatt Centric was very nice, and iTrip was very responsive to our questions. We used the workout facilities, but forgot swimsuits for the pool and hot tub. We were unaware of the $40/day charge for parking and resort fee, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The valets were wonderful with getting our big car quickly.

Stayed here for quiet weekend with my wife and kids. The leaves were just starting to change colors and starting to show on the mountains it was gorgeous. Our teenager kids loved having their own rooms with private bathrooms and the game room and pool. Even though it was off-season, we had a great time. The property managers were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again - great spot for families or groups looking for a comfortable base in Park City.

Total Comfort, Ease, and Fun!

We absolutely loved our time at this condo! We were right on the mountain, with extremely easy ski-in / ski-out. You ski directly out of the ski valet on to a chair lift, and then you ski directly back into the ski valet. It could not possibly be any easier. There are no hassles at all. I think it's most direct ski-in / ski-out at Canyon's. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. It was great to have a fireplace in the main room as well as in every bedroom. It was absolutely a lux condo. The kitchen was great and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was also very kind and attentive. There's no charge for car or ski valet. Our kids loved the game room. The jacuzzi area is really large and comfortable as well. It's also directly next to the Pendry, which has very fun restaurants and happy hour, as well as activities for kids while we relaxed. Lastly, the snow was unreal...! We will be coming back.
