Come to experience elegant style in the heart of the Wasatch mountains! This newly updated, quintessential Old Town Park City home is perfectly situated, mere steps to skiing and Main Street. Ideally situated above Main Street, Norfolk Ave is one of the quietest streets in Old Town Park City – and often the first to be plowed after a big snow! It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Park City has to offer!

As you enter the home, there is a spacious mudroom with plenty of storage for all your winter gear (hang your skis in the mudroom or use the convenient, outdoor storage rack on the entry patio)! The room was thoughtfully designed – choose from two benches to get in and out of your gear! French style glass doors help isolate the rest of the home from the cold Park City winters. The welcoming home is flooded with natural light, complemented by fresh paint and the warm hardwood flooring.

The fully stocked chef's kitchen features beautiful hardwood cabinetry and granite countertops, with plenty of room to prepare your favorite meals while on vacation! Enjoy high-end, Stainless Steel Viking appliances including a gas stove, oven, and refrigerator. There is also a fully-stocked coffee bar – whether you prefer to make a pot of a local favorite or grab a quick Keurig, both options are available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful hardwood dining table with comfortable seating for up to 6 guests. The dining area overlooks the family room keeping everyone connected.

Located just a half set of stairs from the kitchen is the family room – vaulted, hardwood ceilings and lots of windows make this room the best place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or your favorite book. There is also a new Smart HDTV perfect for watching the big game or your family favorites! At the heart of the room is a gas fireplace with a custom rock surround – bringing warmth to those chilly mountain nights. The sliding glass door provides access to the largest of the 2 decks and features classic rocking and sitting chairs. This deck wraps the back of the home and features gorgeous views of Old Town.

Unique to this home, each bedroom has its own level for privacy, as well as its own office space – perfect for those who need a quiet place to work or study while they're in Park City. The Primary Suite is located on the top floor and features vaulted ceilings, a high end King Size bed, mounted Smart HDTV, an office area, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Located on the middle level is the inviting first guest suite featuring a queen bed and lots of storage space. Located just outside this room is the newly updated, shared bathroom. Continuing down the hall is the second guest suite – this romantic room features a private fireplace, Smart HDTV, Queen Bed, walk-in closet, and deck with hot tub access. There is also a separate office adjoining this bedroom.

Heading back upstairs, the 3rd deck / patio area is in front of the kitchen and features a gas grill. This space is covered so it's perfect for year-round use! The driveway allows for a parked car and can easily accommodate 2 cars upon request – an unheard of asset in Old Town. And it's heated, so no need to worry about snow or ice!

This home is in a coveted Old Town location – just one block to Park City Resort's Quit’N Time Ski Run and three blocks to Main Street!

Frequently Asked Questions

Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day.  My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.

Main Street Pizza & Noodle  (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street)Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo  has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments! 

Did you know you can take the ski bus from the SLC international airport to Park City? This is an affordable, eco-friendly service provided by the Utah Transit Authority.

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.

We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.

Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.

For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.

Wonderful PC Stay!

Wow! Whether you’re an avid skier/snow boarder, new to outdoor winter activities, or simply like the snow, this house is a must stay. Once you arrive, no need to use your car. The ski in/out ability is unmatched. Walk down a couple flights of stairs to the main street for some great food and drinks. The house had 3 good size bedrooms, a comfortable family room that was great for chilling after a day of skiing or looking out over the town below. The pictures accurately showed a newly remodeled home with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was great. A couple days it started snowing while we were in the tub with our beverages. Perfect way to cap the day.

Rare Find with Easy Access to Slopes & Main Street!

We decided to make a last minute trip to PC and this place (to our amazement) was available. It made the week. It has everything you need – a full kitchen, a homey living room to sit and catch up with friends or watch a movie, and super easy access to two hallmarks of a proper trip to Park City – Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. An oasis in Old Town!

An oasis in Old Town! Steps (and importantly, no stairs!) from the ski slope, and a few short flights down to Main Street, with its restaurants, bars (check out No Name!), and the Egyptian Theater! We stayed here for a week earlier in the fall and had an amazing time with family. The house is fully appointed and has all the character and coziness you look for in a mountain crash pad. We loved the vertical living – bedrooms on three distinct floors with two communal floors in between – the hot tub after a long day out, and views of the valley. We will be coming back, no question!
