All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was spacious and modern. There were six of us in our party and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well stacked with utensils, spices, and other necessities. The matress was so nice in the master bedroom that we want to now buy one for our home. What a great experience!

The location of the rental was amazing with a view of Deer Valley from the porch. The unit is about a 10-15-minute drive to the center of Park City. With the Sundance Film Festival occurring that weekend, it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. The interior of the property was spacious, with upscale appliances and a contemporary flair. The bedrooms have limited decorations, but this was not a concern. I highly recommend staying at this townhome.

Perfect home for our visit to Utah. Loved the great view and excellent quality of the home and all of the accommodations within the home. We rented both a automobile and a motorcycle, which was very convenient to have a garage for both vehicles.

Beautiful Home near Park City

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 2 adult daughters. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, AC worked well, kitchen is well-appointed, and overall it has everything we would look for in an AirBNB. We had two times where a maintenance person came by without notice to us. The first time he let himself into the home without permission. My daughter told him to leave, and he did so immediately. This was very disconcerting for her, since she was home alone at the time. The second time was less intrusive. A person came up on a motorcycle, let themselves into the garage and took the trash to the street. Again unannounced. This type of intrusion of privacy is not acceptable. Hopefully they will fix their processes in the future to ensure notification and permission is received prior to maintenance activities.

The townhome is great for a small family stay. Very well appointed and great views. Would highly recommend. Only issue is that it is vertical so make sure stairs are okay.

Great House for Ski Getaway!

We stayed at this house for 6 nights with our two young daughters for our annual ski trip. We loved that the hot tub was hot upon our arrival. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Property management was quick to respond. Only complaint is the property didn’t have a snow shovel and we got 3 ft of snow one night and couldn’t get out car out of the garage the next day. Would recommend they keep a snow shovel in the storage closet. Also, the master shower glass door doesn’t stay closed but all you have to do is hang a towel over it to keep it in place. Other than that, it was amazing!! Would definitely stay there again.

This townhome in Hideout was perfect for our trip. 3 bedrooms with adult beds was perfect. The place is super nice, clean and the beautiful kitchen was stocked with all of the spices that anyone would need. A water filtration system with a spigot on the sink, they thought of everything. In the master bedroom, there is a humidifier, which is something that I’ve always wanted on a ski trip. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend, would come back. A+

Great house, great view and a great host. iTrip did such a wonderfully job taking care of every detail and helping my family to check early and late in order to decorate the house for my wife’s birthday. Price against value, hard to get. Very new neighborhood but that was a special detail. Nights were like we were in the middle of the forest, and just 10 minutes from park city. All brand new, intelligent house, very well equipped. We spent such a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday.

This Hideout new construction home is a perfect home base for a family ski trip to all the fabulous Utah Mountains. Amenities are excellent including a well stocked kitchen, great master/master bath, and 2 nice guest rooms. There is nice attention to modern detail in all of the finishings, excellent TVs in all rooms, and the property is very well maintained. Great access to DV, PC, Canyons. Host was very responsive. Only negative is ongoing construction in the area, but no issues with noise if you are out all day skiing and you benefit from a brand new home. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
