CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Walkway coating and maintenance work is scheduled at Shoalwater September 14–November 15. Guests may experience noticeable construction noise and activity during weekday hours, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including hydroblasting, equipment, and contractor activity.

September 14–October 1: Individual floors will have one-day closures from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There will be no access to units on the affected floor during this work.

October 5–18: The building will remain open, but guests may encounter construction activity, narrowed walkways, temporary detours, and occasional noise. Unit access will be maintained.

November 2–15: Floors 2–6 will be completely closed, with no access to units during this period.

No hydroblasting is scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Construction dates and access restrictions are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.

Shoalwater 403 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located in the heart of Orange Beach, offering stunning views from the 4th floor.

Condo Features:

• Balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile and vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need. The dining table seating four and there are three barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a queen sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom features two twin beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach and the pool and Hot Tub. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool. We did not have parking passes but we received them the next morning with no issues. The beach was beautiful.

Our family stayed 5 days at Shoalwater in condo 403. The condo was well equipped, beautifully clean and provided plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. The view from the balcony was perfect, and the distance to the pools and beach a brief 2 min walk. We would stay again in a minute!

Overall, the place was great. It definitely served the purpose of a weekend to relax. The facilities are nice, including the pools. I really loved the easy access to the beach. Although I only worked with them over the phone, the staff was super-friendly and made everything so easy. My only negative feedback, is that furnishings and appliances are starting to show wear and tear. The sofa needs to be cleaned, and the rug needs to be replaced. I also saw active roaches that I had to kill on 3 different occasions, including upon arrival. Again, THANK YOU for a great weekend of reconnecting for a mother and adult daughter!

The place was not clean. Found hairs everywhere, used popsicle stick on balcony, what looked like dry salsa under bar stool, makeup on shower curtains. When we called they said they would take care of it. The only thing they did was bring more washcloths (bc we only had about 5 for 8 people). If you have multiple families you need one more bathroom for sure. All the beds need to be replaced. Extremely squeaky and the bunks did not look very safe to the bottom bunkers.

Great place to stay with family. Easy check in and out, and condo was fully furnished with everything one would need. The over all condition of the complex was nice, clean and up to date. The best part was, we barely saw an employee/management the whole week. No lurking around making you feel watched made for a very comfortable stay.

Our family enjoyed a week long vacation in this condo. We really enjoyed it tremendously!!! The condo is decorated beautifully and has very comfortable beds. The adminites at Shoalwater are great. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy! We played tennis, volleyball, swam, dolphin watched, shopped, and really enjoyed the beach!!! We highly recommend this condo!

Everything was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk beds! This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. We even enjoyed watching a storm roll in. It is located close to stores and restaurants! This was a 4 night girls trip, but I’m going back in July with my family for a week. It has a very nice pool for kids and adults and also a nice baby pool. They have a basketball / tennis court on the premises and volleyball net set up on the beach. A great place to vacation!!!

We were very happy with our stay at Shoalwater 403, and have in fact booked for next year. My husband has back issues, and was very comfortable in all furniture and even the bed. The condo is sunny and well appointed. We had an issue with the garbage disposal during our stay, I contacted Itrip, and had a repair man there within an hour(very pleasant man). We have booked through Itrip before and will definitely use them again.

We stayed in this nice condo for five nights. It was great, the bed was comfortable and the recliners in the living room were a nice change from sitting on a couch. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to cook a full meal, we grilled a couple of nights and the charcoal grills were clean and well kept. The weather was wonderful - didn't rain a drop the entire time we were there. Thanks to Kelly and Kayla at iTrip for their help in making our reservation and following up after we checked in.

It's the second time we stayed here at the Shoalwater #403. We had a great time. Everything is great there. However please replace the knives. There isn't anything there that will cut more than butter. We wound up going buy a couple knives to cook with.

We had an amazing time at the Shoalwater condo! The condo was beautifully decorated, everything we needed for our 5 night stay! The beaches are beautiful white, the prettiest beaches I've seen!! Even though it was November, we spent every morning and evening walking the beach, caught the prettiest sunsets! Even collected many shells at the water's edge. This was my second time staying at Shoalwater, but the first for Condo 403. The condo was very nice and clean. The decor was very pleasant. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The balcony is a very nice size too. It provided enough towels, etc. and the kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The only thing missing we needed were pot holders to get items from the oven, so we purchased some and left them to be used by others. We did have an issue with a couple of outlets, but maintenance came and fixed the problems. The condominium is conveniently located near a Wal-Mart Market, Dollar General, Adventure Island, and several restaurants. I personally recommend Franco's an Italian restaurant...so so wonderful but a little pricy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Shoalwater. Everyone we meet was very friendly. It's definitely a place for your family. We can't wait to come back!

My family had a blast! The views are great, beach is just a stones throw away. It was a clean, updated, well stocked condo. Its close to everything! The balcony....I could sit on that balcony and drink my coffee for the rest of my life!! The grounds were very safe and clean. The pools were all well maintained and clean. Just a perfect beach condo! We can't wait to come back!

This was a great condo. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for two families. The pool was larger than most places, with a separate kiddy pool for the little ones. It was a short boardwalk right down to the ocean.
