Casa Del Sol C1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with beautiful Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, this unit provides comfort, convenience, and a true beachfront experience.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three barstools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living area features a sofa sleeper and a recliner for extra comfort.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with balcony access.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a shared bathroom.

• The third bedroom also has a king-size bed.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed; the second car is first-come, first-served.

Three full baths, three bedrooms with king beds, a large living/dining/kitchen open floor plan, and a terrific patio overlooking the pool and beach … this was perfect for our group to enjoy for 3 nights in October. The patio has high-end furniture and a sink/counter combo. The entire condo has been updated very well. All bathrooms are modern, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The HVAC worked well, although we had to remember to close the patio doors completely or the a/c will turn off. The condo was very clean throughout. The only constructive feedback I can offer - when wind is strong (storm), there are two sounds that can really annoy you - a high-pitched whistling sound and a varying humming noise that pulsates. We hypothesized that the sounds were created by the railing on the patio. I’m bringing earplugs next time, because we loved this space and location so much, we will definitely be back.

The condo was fabulous! Easy check in/out, plenty of room, plenty of kitchenware, lots of kitchen space, plenty of balcony area! The place was clean. Only need to bring blankets in winter! Lol. Only thing was the railing made a buzzing sound when the HIGH winds/rain came. All in all excellent experience.

Our stay at Casa Del Sol was very nice. The condo was clean, comfortable and the beach access was wonderful. A very comfortable stay for 6 adults. We had one issue with an appliance that was resolved immediately - thank you! Be prepared to augment the “staples” they provide ( dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and soap) as well as bringing your own beach towels. We had a very nice time in Gulf Shores.

I enjoyed the condo and the area very much. However the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired and is to much for the services rendered. The beds were too hard. The fridge needs replacing. The elevator had very dim lighted and layers of dead bugs in it.

This was our favorite place we have stayed. We come every year for a high school baseball tournament. This is where my coaching staff and our families stayed. Very quiet and big enough for all 3 of our families. We hope we can stay here again next year.

Loved the condo! Very spacious and clean. Had a couple of appliance issues and they had a repairman there within a couple of hours. The only negative was that we were not able to use our balcony because of repairs being done below us, and being older, we were really looking forward to that!! Also there were at least 4 days of continuous grinding and drilling on the columns below us which was extremely loud! We were not informed of this ahead of time, nor were we informed when or if we would be allowed to use it during our stay, which we could not!!

We loved this condo! Great location! Fully stocked and clean. Plenty of space! We also took advantage of the amenities such as the fishing trip & the zoo, both were super fun!!! Beds were super comfy! We will definitely be back! We also loved that it was a smaller complex and less crowded. Parking could be an issue but fortunately wasn’t for us

We loved our condo! Very spacious and nice. I would say that cleaning/maintenance was the only issue - we found dirty pans in the cupboard and several light bulbs out. The front door lock was super difficult to get the door open (I think bottom knob needs to be replaced). Other then that, communication was super good and we would stay there again!

This was our 3rd trip to Gulf Shores. The home at Casa Del Sol was by far our favorite condo. The layout and size of the home was amazing and the patio was big enough for all of us to enjoy without being crowded. We love the area on the West end and the local market and stores. It is perfect. The ease of check-in and the speed of the maintenance were excellent. Definitely plan to book this home again next year!

The location is great! Loved the beach access and view. The pool was wonderful. The condo has great amenities and I love the small number of units. The condo unit itself just has a lot of maintenance issues that should have been part of normal maintenance. We of course reported them all for the management company to get fixed for the next tenants. We don’t strange people in our unit during our stay. I think the tenant next door lives there. They had a lot of people in and out late into the night every night and alcohol out in the breezeway and parties. They were extremely loud and and cussing often. It was something we had to explain constantly to the three young children with us. We heard them out partying in the breezeway late into the night and it kept two of the children up because the window to their room is in the breezeway.
