CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The South Elevation Expansion Joint Re-Sealing Project is scheduled to begin. Mobilization will start on Monday, April 20, 2026. Swing stages will be installed between Stacks 6–7 and 13–14 as work progresses.
Please note the following important details:
• No unit entry will be required for this project.
• The contractor anticipates that each expansion joint will take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.
• Work will be performed one joint at a time utilizing a single swing stage.
• Residents should expect periodic noise from power tools during construction.
• Approved working hours for noisy activities are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Phoenix X 1203 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 12th floor.
• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, with four additional barstools at the counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area includes a sleeper sofa.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• A maximum of two vehicles is allowed. Parking passes are $60 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.
