Marlin Key 3B is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with Gulf-front views on the 3rd floor.
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.
• Fully equipped kitchen with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats eight with four additional bar stools.
• Washer and dryer in the unit.
• The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and a 55" TV/DVD.
• The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and jetted tub.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV.
• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV.
• Wireless internet access is provided.

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the waterpark that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the waterpark in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We are glad you thought the unit was beautiful and that you enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, weather is always something to contend with on vacation, no matter where you are. We realize that in Tennessee you don’t have experience hurricanes or tropical weather like we do here on the coast. HOWEVER what you say is simply not true. First and foremost, I want to assure you that our guests’ safety is extremely important to us. I’m sure you could tell that from the numerous texts you received from us with respect to the weather and dangerous surf conditions leading up to this event. Indeed, Hurricane Michael was devastating – BUT VERY FORTUNATELY, NOT TO OUR AREA. We are at least 170 miles west of where the hurricane made landfall. We experienced 30 minutes of rain and rough surf for 2 days. During our extensive conversations with you, we explained that even though the Governor had, in fact, declared a State of Emergency for our entire state, that in no way meant that we were in danger, or that there was an evacuation order for our area. As a reminder of what we explained to you multiple times, a State of Emergency declaration authorizes the Governor to speed State agency assistance to communities in need. It enables her to make resources immediately available to rescue, evacuate, shelter, provide essential commodities (i.e., heating fuel, food etc.) and quell disturbances in affected localities. It may also position the State to seek federal assistance when the scope of the event exceeds the State's resources. Even the Governor’s own statement says, “This State of Emergency will guarantee state resources are on standby and are ready to assist impacted communities if necessary.” We should also remind you that there were parts of our state that were impacted by Hurricane Michael, but fortunately not here along the coast. Also, as we explained to you, and as you accepted in your rental agreement, refunds are issued only when there is a mandatory evacuation. We regret that you felt like our service was terrible and that any of the information we gave you was “garbage.” We wish you the best of luck with your future vacations.

Thank you for your recent stay! So nice to hear the room was great, it met your needs, and you enjoyed the stay. I’m sorry to hear check in was the issue for you. During the high season it is almost impossible for early arrivals, however during the off-season typically the staff will all work together to try to make it happen. If the unit has a departing guest prior to your arrival then it takes housekeeping all of that allotted time for cleaning. Had you called in ahead of time we most definitely would have all worked towards that on your behalf. We value your input and appreciate your feedback!

We can only offer sincere apologies on behalf of our housekeeping department in regards to the unit not being ready. During the high season they strive to ensure the units are completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately sometimes due to circumstances beyond their control things are delayed. This is the reason that it is placed in your check in instructions so that you are potentially prepared. We also try and notify our guest by phone so that if you need to make additional stops in route to the unit, you will be able to do so. Sad to hear it prevented you from joining your family on the beach as that was not necessary unless it was of your own choosing. Thankfully you had a great time and enjoyed all the advantages that a low density building offers. We love to hear our guest talk of returning. We appreciate your feedback!

It is a low density building eliminating overcrowding making it very nice for families to enjoy. The beach and the gulf are certainly beautiful from the unit balcony.
