Caribe B-1111 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo on the 11th floor, boasting breathtaking Gulf views. Indulge in the resort-style experience with five exclusive cabanas and a tiki bar, and savor your mornings with a freshly brewed coffee at the upscale Cobalt Coffee & Café.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats eight, with four barstools for additional seating.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the primary bathroom includes double vanities and a jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Boat slips are available for guest use:

– $50 + tax/day for boats 23 ft and under

– $65/day for boats 24 ft and over

– Boat trailer parking: $25 + tax/day

Registration and insurance must be provided at the front desk. These fees are paid directly to the Caribe Resort and are subject to change without notice.

• Five fully furnished cabanas—each offering a sectional couch, coffee table, mini-fridge, smart TV, two lounge chairs, and wall outlets with USB ports—are available for rent. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Maximum occupancy: 10. Rates vary by date and availability.

Our stay at Caribe B-1111 was everything we hoped it would be and more. The space was great. It was larger than expected. The view of the Gulf was awesome. Everything was provided as described. The amenities were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had a nice trip. The condo itself needs some attention. The ceramic tile is popping up in several places. Also, the laminate on the kitchen cabinets is coming off in several spots. There was lots of issues with the microwave and convection oven. One of the swivel chairs was off its base which I reported and said didn’t need to be addressed during our stay. We just avoided that chair. The condo just needs a lot of attention. The pool area is nice especially for families with small children. We also really enjoyed the size of the condo. Lots of space for everyone.

This particular condo at the Caribe was very nice. It was the kids spring break and They enjoyed their selves very much! The kids love the variety of The amenities! The kids love going to the Lazy River, Laying out at the pools, Walking over to the beach or trolley over to the beach, they enjoying the hot tubs as well. The view from our balcony was the amazing beautiful beach. The kids love the Caribe and the condo was great!

Of course we all know how 2020 plans, including vacations, have gone! CRAZY! We made the best of ours! We didn’t eat out for any meals and only chose pickup a couple times so we used the kitchen a lot. All the needed utensils plus some were there for our use. The condo was very roomy and clean as well as the pool areas & beach. Thanks for sharing.

This was our family's 1st vacation to Alabama. When we arrived we went straight to mailbox and got our keys to condo. We were blown away by the directions and everything we needed right in envelope. We arrived at condo and it was delightful. My kids always had something to do. Whether it was swim inside, outside, or play in the numerous activities. Thank you so much for making this trip memorable. I also brought my mom who was able to relax on balcony daily and enjoy the beach.

Condo was more spacious and up to date than we expected. The resort layout was extremely family friendly, and met our needs. We had a slight issue with one bathroom, which was resolved by the staff within 30 mins of reporting it. Would definitely go back.

We stayed at the Caribe and booked through iTrip. The entire experience was great! From booking, check in, the amazing room, to check out there was nothing bad about our vacation. The check in/out procedure was super easy. The room was very nice and clean. The resort was amazing especially with kids. We had a 17 yr old, 2 5 yr olds, a 2 yr old, a 1 yr old and 4 adults. It was fun for all of us. They have a shuttle to the beach which is really easy to use but not necessary since the beach was in walking distance. I highly recommend this resort! We will definitely be back!!

This was a spacious and clean rental that my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the automated texts with weather alerts and beach conditions during my stay. The Wifi was super fast and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. My only gripe was having to pick up and drop off the room keys at a separate location approximately 15 min away.

My family of 6 stayed at Caribe B1111 for 5 days in April 2018. The condo was spacious, well maintained, and was stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. It was a fantastic unit. Thank you to the owners for their attention to everything. The property was beautiful however could use some work. The (should be off white) lounge chair cushions by the bldg C pools were either very dirty or molded; I didn't get close enough to really confirm which. The water in the lazy river and indoor pools looked murky. One of the elevators in building B wasn't working creating long waits during the busy spring break week. Overall, we had a great time because we were pretty much either in the condo or on the beach.

The Caribe was great. Lots to do for the kids and a big unit to stay in. I would stay there again. Only negative was you had to cross the street for the beach (and no vacuum or mop in the unit!).

Stayed here 3 day with 5 adults and 2 grandchildren. I booked last minute so had no other choice in Caribe with the time and space restrictions I was working with. The place was clean and "acceptable" but bare boned. The LR had a reg. size sofa and 2 chairs, but needed more lamps and more sofas or upholstered chairs. There were 2 old small plastic "rattan" chairs in the room, but they didn't cut it for relaxing. Also a big rug would help the "warmth" of the LR and make acoustics better! On the topic of the sofa, we used it for sleep. It had the worst mattress ever...very uncomfortable. The other beds were ok..but the queen was an all foam type which we felt slept "hot." The Queen BR and the guest King BR both had venetian blinds on windows which let in tons of light...the owner should really put in blackout curtains there. The kitchen had bare minimum of tools for people who like to cook (like we do)...and (typically, unfortunately) their prep knives were just junk. The oven might need to be fixed becuz it took forever to heat up and it still didn't seem hot enough (but I can't verify becuz there was no thermometer INSIDE the oven...just didn't seem hot enough). You may want to verify with owner about specific cooking appliances or tools if you want to cook a lot. This "complaint" is probably rare (LOL)...one of us had to go from condo to another destination besides home, so we had to iron clothes. The iron was just horrible (brown junk on plate, cheap) and ironing board was old and junky and couldn't even adjust or "fold" up. it was left "open" in a closet. I would try to find a nicer place unless you are desperate like I was... I got the distinct feeling that owner will not spend one PENNY more than absolutely necessary. Maybe they are elderly and on a super tight fixed income (??) If so, I am sorry to give a very lukewarm review, but it is truthful. If owners would be able to address its shortcomings, it would definitely be a 4 or 5 star place.

This was our second year in a row staying at the Caribe Resort in Orange Becah. We love the atmosphere, all the pools for the kids and adults! My boys love that they can walk out of our building, straight onto the Docks and fish! I enjoyed morning walks on the beach and watching dolphins in the bay just outside the condo! Shuttles to the close beach are so convenient! We love the convenience of the local grocery store. Everyone at the Caribe is so friendly and the owners are so welcoming! We plan to make this our home away from home!!

The condo at The Caribe was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The only two things that I would say could be improved was more lighting in the bedrooms and living room and the big thing is that the front 2 bedrooms need some type of blackout shades covering the windows. The hall lights stay on all night and the current blinds do not keep the light out. The rooms were so bright at night that we couldn't sleep the first night. The rest of the nights we had to hang beach towels covering the windows just to be able to sleep.

First trip to the Caribe. LOVE IT. My kids don't really care about going to the beach and all of the pools at the Caribe provided lots of entertainment. The room was much larger than other three bedroom rentals we have had in the past. I highly recommend this rental!!

Our family and children had an amazing time at the Caribe. The condo was extremely nice and clean as well as the rest of the resort. The pools are huge, and the kids really enjoyed the lazy river and the water slides. There's a shuttle service that takes you right to the beach, so you don't have to drive your own car there. We will definitely be staying here again.
