Construction Notice:
The indoor pool room renovation project is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13. The indoor pool and hot tubs are expected to reopen on May 9. During this time, the indoor pool area will be temporarily unavailable. Dates are subject to change. NOTE: During this time, guests may use the Phoenix East II indoor pool and hot tubs only, while the work is being completed.
Construction will be ongoing to make necessary repairs to the Phoenix East owner closets in stacks 08, 09, and 03. The contractor will be using swing stages and working from the top down to replace the exterior balcony closet walls and metal studs as needed. These repairs are critical to prevent water from entering the balcony closets. General construction noise will be most prevalent in units located in stacks 1-5 and 6-11. The anticipated project completion date is May 28th. Dates subject to change.
Please note the following anticipated completion dates:
-Demolition of the exterior walls is scheduled to be completed by April 3.
-Installation of the new DensGlass wall system is expected to be completed by April 17.
-Stucco finish work is projected to be completed by May 8.
Phoenix East 1004 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning views from the 10th floor.
Features include:
• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, with two barstools for additional seating.
• Washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sectional that includes a sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom features two double beds
• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $60 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.
