Seaside Beach and Racquet 5617 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 6th floor of building 5.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Carpet flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed. *Top bunks are not recommended for children under 6.

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($50 each, limit 2). Credit card only. Parking passes are only valid for 31 days. Winter monthly reservations will need to purchase new parking passes every 31 days of the reservation ($50 each, limit 2).

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

*Smoking is only allowed to the west of the indoor pool and to the east of building five by the bike rack

*Pools will be unlocked at 8:00 am and locked at 10:00 pm each day.

*NO BOATS, TRAILERS, OR BUSES ARE PERMITTED TO PARK ON SITE
