CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

• The pool will be closed for a week starting 3/26 while work is being completed on the southside center section of the building. Dates subject to change.

• Due to the extent of concrete repairs required, the East balconies are now expected to be completed by Wednesday. Following this, work will shift to completing the east and west elevation walls that were added. The team anticipates moving to the final center section of the south elevation in approximately two weeks. At this time, the overall project is projected to be completed by mid-April, contingent upon weather conditions and any additional concrete repairs identified during the final phase of balcony work. There will still be ongoing construction elsewhere on the property, which will be noisy. Dates subject to change.

Emerald Key 203 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor, with breathtaking Gulf-front views. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the pool waterfall blending with the waves crashing on the beach.

• The wrap-around balcony is accessible from both the living room and the third guest bedroom.

• Carpet is in the bedrooms, with tile flooring throughout the remainder of the unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, and there are four barstools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper.

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom featuring a jetted garden tub.

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the private balcony.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles, on a first-come, first-served basis.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It is located near grocery stores, restaurants and also has a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance we could’ve possibly needed and the condo itself was well kept and clean. The chairs in the living room aren’t real comfy but you don’t go to the beach to sit in living room chairs. The condo has an elevator as well as carts for helping with luggage and groceries. That was such a bonus! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Not gonna lie the outside of the condo had me concerned especially being right next door to sleep inn and gps saying we were goin to sleep inn. Once we got inside the condo I was so happy. Exactly as pictured and everything I was wanting and very clean.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in #203. The first time a friend invited me, and this time I brought her as my guest. The location of this condo is wonderful. A corner unit in a complex with only 18 units, which means the pool is never crowded. The condo is well furnished, the master bedroom has an updated large shower. Our favorite is the view from the spacious balcony.

The condo was nice, the location was perfect. The cleaning service provided left much to be desired, the floors and windows were very dirty. We were left 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag, one dishwasher soap and absolutely no dishwashing liquid. The linens and towels were very clean and nice. We would love to stay here again but will bring better provisions since they are not provided.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Bay and Orange Beach. We liked the location of the property within the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores communities. Condo was clean and well maintained. The Explorie feature was a plus - we used it for golf several times. We had some interaction with iTrip staff and everything was handled promptly. Overall we had a good experience with iTrip, Emerald Bay and the Orange Beach area.

If you’re looking to hang on the balcony and watch the dauphins play, this is your place. We love having our breakfast looking over the pool and watching the waves. This condo has upgraded appliances and a kitchen you will love cooking in. Although we opt for Lobster from Rouses across the street or Doc’s shrimp. This was my 3rd stay in this unit and my family’s 4th stay. We are already booked again next summer. iTrip is quick to fix anything that might come up and they even sent reminders with all the information we needed for our stay. Did I mention the free Explore tickets? Who doesn’t love free admission for one guest to so many activities? Don’t want to leave property? No worries, you are on a fantastic white sands beach. Grab your suit and rent some chairs.

The unit is BEAUTIFUL!! Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen appliances and clean. The beds are comfortable IF you like a soft mattress (we prefer firm) BUT this will NOT stop our returning to this unit! The balcony gives breath taking views of the white sand beach. More than enough room for 2 couples. This is now our fall getaway location.

We booked the condo for a family get together. It was perfect and beyond our expectations. The open layout made it nice for all of us to sit around and have family time. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was incredibly stocked. We liked the fact of the unit being on the second floor and being close to the stairs so we didn't have to rely on the elevators. The pool are and being a very steps off the beach was really nice since we had kids in our group. Management company was very helpful answering any questions we had.

The accommodations were everything we had hoped for! The beds were relatively comfortable, as was the furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the corner patio overlooking the pool and ocean. There were plenty of outdoor chairs for all of us. Shopping was right across the street. The Wharf and Flora Bama were nearby for fun activities. We ordered pickup at the Angry Crab Shack and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

I love this unit so much. We watched mana rays and dauphins from the balcony daily. The kitchen is high end and the beds are comfortable. This was my second stay this year and I will be back.

Overall good accommodations but as with all rental properties there are things that need attention: 1. painting- especially trim. Bathroom baseboard peeled and bare in spots with caulking dirty looking and not able to be cleaned. Master bath could use upgrade- ?garden tub replaced. 2. Drapes in LR need some TLC. 3. I didn’t find the K mattress to be comfortable ( perhaps my issue.) Loved the new/ clean appliances. Location good. Nice deck/ furniture

My family and I stayed at Emerald Key and we had a great time. The condo was in a perfect location. We were on the second floor which was perfect with 2 smaller kids and all their belonging to carry to the beach each day. We would definitely stay here again. We surprised our family with a trip to Orange Beach to visit the beach for their first time. We have a 16 month old son, so traveling can be difficult. This condo was perfect! Easy access to parking and it's right on the beach, close to AMAZING dining, and you're able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. The balcony is huge and has a dining table outside for perfect beach view dinners. I switched from reservations at the Holiday Inn Express to this condo for our vacation and saved several hundred dollars. I'm overly impressed with this unit and can't wait to visit again soon!

When you walk in to this condo, it looks as if it is brand new. There is nothing cheaply done here. Condo is exactly as it looks in pictures and you tube video. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping and maintenance does a fantastic job. Parking was great. It is on the 2nd floor, over the pool, with gorgeous views. Very close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The only problem my family had was leaving! Hope to come back next year.

We have stayed in E.K. 203 for six summers on our vacation. Our family loves this condo for many reasons: close to shopping, restaurants, amusement. There is even an outpatient facility across the street if you should need medical assistants. The unit is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. What we saw in the pictures is what we got! Right on the beach with a great view. The condo was clean and had more cookware then I had thought there would be. There were a couple of grocery stores across the street for convenience. Great place for the family to go! It was a great vacation! The only complaint would be that the WiFi only worked about half of the time, but that seems to be a common thing with other condos we have been to as well. If we get a chance to go back to Orange Beach again, we will be staying at Emerald Key 203!

The condo itself was very nice. It was not the newest condo, but it was very nice. The facility could have been cleaner and needs updating. I wish I had brought my own linens because the linens were pretty worn out. Overall, the view was terrific and everything was really nice. Had problems with the wifi because it was not the single user wifi that we thought it would be.

This was a great place to stay in Orange Beach. The unit was on 2nd floor which was easy to get to via stairs as well as elevators. Condo was across the street from grocery store, restaurants, etc. Not all the burners on the stove worked. But not a problem as we didn't cook much.
