MONTHLY RATES. CALL FOR QUOTE. Adorable, cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo in North Ocean City on 136th St. The second-floor condo has a large balcony. The condo has 2-32" TVs. It is conveniently located close to the beach, miniature golf, and restaurants. The unit has one assigned parking space and one space that is shared (1st come-1st served).
Features include queen bed in the bedroom and a full sofa bed in the living area. The property also includes an outdoor shower, great for coming off the beach on hot days. Lots of shopping and food places are nearby including 7-11, Captain's Pizzas and Subs, Victoria's Crab House, Thai O-Cha.

To clarify the pin problem. Melissa txt'd at 2:17pm asking for early check-in. Her lock pin code did not work 1st time. Tried 2 more codes on the phone with her; est. 10 seconds each. Both did not work. Final code worked at 4:07pm. Melissa was an excellent guest. We welcome her return and will offer her a discount.
