Looking to relax
4/5 stars
The property management was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the house, especially the deck and proximity to the beach, along with all of the beach furniture. We had one major issue that was beyond your control. People in the 3 story next door seemed to be trying to relive their drunken college years for 3 days of our stay (someone was bright enough to bring a Karaoke machine, which was run at full volume and there wasn't a singer in the entire lot). They did shutdown at the legal time.
- Dwight

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear you loved the home and the proximity to the beach. As for the neighbors next door, we are sorry to hear that they were such a bother. We hope the next time you stay with us, that won't be a problem. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope you come back and stay with us in the future!

perfect for family vacation with fur babies
5/5 stars
this is the perfect beach house with amazing views. It is in a good location to some outstanding restaurants. The view is worth it on the porch overlooking the ocean. Just a few steps to the beach and fur baby friendly. James was great with communication. The home is updated and very clean. We hope to return again soon!

Great House for a small group
5/5 stars
We love the house. We were concerned when it was sold and moved to a different realty company, but James has been super responsive when any issues have come up, no matter how small. And they continue to make improvements to the property. We don't take a large extended family to the beach (and don't want to), it is usually just me and my wife and dog, so we are thankful to have such a nice house this size since we could not afford one of the giant houses that are being built these days.
- Russell

Russell, thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic location!

This house is perfectly situated right on the beach. The home itself does need a little TLC but the location cannot be beat. There property manager was very responsive and took care of us throughout our stay. Will come again!

The Best Place to Be!
5/5 stars
We loved staying at Somewhere on the Beach! The floor plan and updated features of the home made our visit enjoyable and relaxing for both two and four legged family members! The outdoor space has wonderful high top seating so you could enjoy the ocean views. We really appreciated the folding beach chairs to get even closer to the surf! The kitchen was well equipped for having casual seafood boils at home and we loved the neighborhood seafood markets and restaurants.
- Miriam

Thanks for your review. We are thrilled you and your four legged family members enjoyed your stay and we are glad you noticed the improvements made by the new owners. We agree the new deck seating is a big plus. Hope you can come back again soon!

iTrip Review
3/5 stars
Very clean, nice location, air conditioning was a little temperamental. Would prefer just regular cable TVs in each room rather than the smart TV in the living room. Was never able to get the other room televisions to work. Master bed was uncomfortable. Not crazy about washer and dryer being downstairs and having to go outside to get to them. Having the beach chairs and beach games was great. Nice deck and chairs. Overall nice but a little pricey for what you get.
- Elizabeth

Thank you for the feedback on your stay! We always want to continue making the experience better, so I appreciate the comments. We had not had any previous comments regarding the Tv, I apologize for any difficulty/ issues you had with the Smart TVs. I know they can not always be the most user friendly. I am more than happy to come out and assist with any difficulties experienced during your stay. I am sorry the laundry was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is not enough room upstairs to re-locate them to, so we try our best to make it clear in the description so it is not a surprise. I will work on making that more clear for the future! We will let he owner know regarding the mattress and see if we can possibly get a better one in there, at minimum a good topper on the bed to help cushion. Thanks again for the feedback! I hope you have a great summer! Thanks James
