We had a nice stay. We have stayed at the Phoenix before and we love all the area has to offer. We do have 2 complaints about 1215. The floor was not clean and the soiled recliner. The beautiful floor did not show dirt but the bottom of the kids feet sure did. We avoided sitting in the recliner. For our money we paid we we were disappointed. Thanks for the opportunity to give a review.

The first in pression was good until we started to explore our apartment. no icemaker in the refrigerator. No light on the pool deck . Children's bedroom closet door hanging off . Master bedroom shower door hanging off . Cosmetic mirror hanging down wont stay up when in uses .. AC temperature not cooling enough ..

Was very impressed with how clean and updated the condo was. I had friends in a different unit owned by someone else and it was in need of a makeover. When my AC stopped working at 7pm I emailed them and within 30 minutes they had already come and fixed it. Perfect beach condo!

My brother and I and our two best friends families had an amazing time. You can see the fireworks at Broadway at the Beach from the balcony! Pools, food, drinks, beach access. Couldn’t ask for more. Didn’t have access to trash though and had to flag down staff. Otherwise, great time. Memories made.

This was our first visit to Orange Beach, and I'm sure we'll be back. The condo was adequate for what we needed. Nothing super special, but it was clean and everything was in working order. The walk to the beach is fairly long, so something to consider if you have elderly or disabled guests. The view is fantastic, and it's very close to many restaurants and stores.
